Shooting Star1WG Instant (Rare)
Starting with you, each player chooses a card type that hasn't been chosen. Then each player searches his or her library for a card of the type he or she chose, reveals it, puts it into his or her hand and shuffles his or her library. Each player who didn't put a card into his or her hand this way draws a card.
Gather the Family
Sorcery (r)
Search your library for up to three cards with the same name as target creature and put them into your hand. Shuffle your library afterwards. Our blood flows towards a single destiny.
FlatlineHere we have a card that introduces a cool new +1/+1 counter mechanic. Heroic combined with Monstrous but translated into Jeskai. Oh and does it go all in Jeskai. Maybe even a step too far? Because what I dislike is the interaction between prowess and the new mechanic. If I target the monk with a spell, it will gain a temporary and a staying boost. One is adressed with a counter but the other you and other players will have to remember. Looking at the creature with the counter I can imagine my self in the heat of battle to forget about the invisible prowess trigger more often than I would if there wasn't a counter. Not mixing those two abilities would be my way to go. The tutor effect is simply fitting. To note is that Jeskai is the color combination that mechanically should be allowed to search for any noncreature nonland card. Not much more to say, maybe the words are leaving me as this is the last critique to write.
IcariiFAUnstable has tought us that it can be totally worth it to introduce creature types you would not normally see. In UST it was done to convey humor, I personally believe that you should be allowed to do the same for regular MTG, even if it shows up in a more serious way. Your card does just that in a flavourful way. An artist who crafts works of mana, both in flesh and mind, awesome idea. A plus in my book. Then again, it is repeatable tutoring and might therefore be deemed too powerful, even with the slight built in kind of restriction. Adding another source of constant shuffling is no benefit either and that's before you add untap shenanigans. But there already are tapping tutoring legends, the last point may not be so valid after all. However, most of the tutoring legends have either a steep cost or a tighter restriction in when or what they can tutor for. Besides Johnny, Combo Player I mean. The artist searches for everything that's not colorless, for as little as one colored mana. Being vigilant allows them to attack and tutor separately, adding even more versatility. The first association that came to my mind was Zur the Enchanter, having a big butt and allowing tutoring plus attacking.
That said, I'd like to offer an alternative. Being five colors seems important, as does the tutoring part. The p/t may not really matter. What's left is the how and what we can tutor for. My idea is to either add a timing restriction and allow to tutor for anyting, like an attack trigger or else. And/or to work with the cost you pay for the card, like: "X, T: Search your library for a card you could cast with the mana used to activate this ability, reveal it and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library. (X can't be 0, if only to avoid confusion in regards to cards with no cost and those that cost 0.)" This may need a better wording but is definately more balanced and yet still powerful. I personally find it even a little bit more flavourful, the artist doesn't want to just resemble something, paying the exact mana to tutor is the first step to magically chisel the conceived thing into reality.
HemlockI like the idea of building my own Squadron Hawk. Maybe I would expand my Relentless Rats EDH deck into white, just to play this card. Thinking of it, why do I not play Pack Hunt in said deck, it has green in it already. So, while I generally like the card and the new flavour, it's almost identical to an existing card. Yours would probably be much more interesting to print into Modern, though.
I'd like to offer alternatives here as well. Gathering the family members is white, clearly. But still this feels a lot like tutoring for any creature what should be mostly green. What white is allowed to do, is tutoring for small creatures. I'm not a 100% sure this would be okey, technically or power level wise, but maybe we try something like: " Choose target creature with converted mana cost one or less. For each color of mana spent to cast ~, search your library for up to one card with the same name as the chosen creature and put it onto the battlefield tapped. Shuffle your library afterwards." Or, if the card doesn't have to be white, something like: "XGG Search your library for up to three cards with the same name as target creature with converted mana cost X and put them onto the battlefield. Shuffle your library afterwards."
Flatline: The Enlighten mechanic feels like a good one, and combines ideas we know works. I think the execution here is solid all around a makes an interesting card. I'm not sure that prowess alone would of been the keyword mechanic to go with here. I think for a rare, it could probably have another keyword, as a 4cc tricolored card that's a 2/3 that needs another card to use it's tutor isn't a super impressive starting point. It'd also help with my other nitpick, that this probably doesn't need to be tri colored. Sure there are tons of cards that don't need the extra colors but do it to be more aggressively costed or fit with the flavor of the set, but I already feel this isn't aggressive. That said, my critiques are minor development adjustments to a really solid based idea that shows a lot of merit and depth.
Antiantiserum: This is a neat idea, and I do like that you did give multiplayer some though in your wording. That said, I wonder if the wording can be made slightly more succinct/clear. The effect is cool, but is it green white? I don;t think so. The balance of it reflects white mroe than anything, but Id soon pair this with black or blue than green if going multicolor. Shooting star is a clever and subtle way to reference wish cards.
Hemlock: I feel like I should be more excited about this card than I actually am. At first blush, it seems like a well costed, good effect that draws on elements we've seen before. Bloodbond March comes to mind as well as squadron hawk of course. But the flexibilty of the effect here as a one time sorcery feels a tad vanilla. Why is that? It's probably the flavor. Gather the family is pretty generic sounding, but could build into some narrative direction with the right flavor text. But the flavor text continues to be vague and unexciting. The end result is a card that despite being "new" doesn't feel fresh, and doesn;t offer interesting ideas to expand off of. This probably sounds harsher than it actually is, not be because this is a bad entry, but it was simply outclassed by the other entries.
IcariiFA - This is an interesting card. I find it a bit odd that it is five colors, but it kind of encourages playing mono-colored creatures by making the activation cost for a mono-colored creature cost less than a multi-colored creature. Even so, the ability makes sense, and it makes building a deck around the card pretty interesting. The fact that the card is a five color legend that has a repeatable tutor effect makes me think that this would be a very popular commander in EDH. Taking Fauna Shaman into account, I think the card seems quite well-balanced. If anything, I think it might be a bit under-powered. Sure Fauna Shaman requires you to discard a card, while your card gives actual card advantage, but your card has the downsides of being 3 more CMC, four more colors, and a legend. These downsides are offset somewhat by the extra toughness and vigilance though, so overall the balance is probably about right. The flavor is cool. I wish Wizards would give us more creature types. I often struggle to come up with a suitable class for my creatures. Citizen is one I would use quite often if was a more commonly used creature type. Overall, I would say this a solid design that would strike me as a little bit odd outside of a Commander set.
Antiantiserum - This is a really neat idea for a tutor. I realy like how the options become more and more limited as the trigger is passed around the table. I'm not sure how you came about the colors you did though. When I think of a tutor, I most often think of black. Although all colors are able tutor in some way, black is the only color that gets to tutor up any card it wants with no (red) randomness involved. White makes sense since it gives a bonus to your opponents, but I think I would have chosen black instead of green since you're still able to tutor up any card yourself. The card draw at the end seems a bit weird, and I'm wondering if it is really necessary. I understand why it's there, but it will only come up in large multi-player games the way it is written (most decks have at least 3 or 4 card types in them). I think you could've gotten away with just making those later in line wiff if they didn't have any of the remaining cardtypes. If you really want to leave the in the card draw part, I think you should make the search a you may. That way your opponents could just choose to draw if there weren't any card types left that they were interested in tutoring up.
Hemlock - This card is just Pack Hunt for 1 more color and one less CMC. While I really like the flavor of the card, and I support both the mana cost change as well as this effect being printed in Modern, this card is just Pack Hunt repackaged.

Flatline: Rnlighten is a solid mechanic and has a lot of flavor for Jeskai (I find it funny that you can Rile someone into enlightenment XD) , and is a very good uphrade to heroic by offering a more powerful one-time trigger. I don't know why you've chosen keeping it at one couter while Heroic and Renown can offer any ammount of counters (Probably a flavor-ellegance choice?) On the card itself, I think it's fine. You could have gotten away wirh getting creatures, too, given Nahiri's existance. Prowess is a bit unellegant but I think it fits flavorfully_
Antiantiserum: Nice stuff, but given the colors, I would have kept it at permanent type as neither nor tutor for instnats and sorceries.
IcariFa: As a commander player, I feel equally amazed and horrified by this. Five color commanders are often just pleyed for color identity only and rarely cast, while I do feel this card has its issues, its greater value lies in being a five color commander you'd actually want to build around and cast as often as possible. Working better for monocolored gives the deckbuilding an intredting edge. I do think this needs some rewording because the X cost without an X reference looks a bit ugly.
