Obviously this probably isn't competitive as it requires 3 cards to make it work, but if you can pull it off you can mill a person out on turn 3. Here's the combo:
The most powerful card that can do the type of thing you're looking for is fastbond. This actually isn't a modern card. But even if it were a modern card, you have a 4-card combo that is very slow and unreliable.

With like Azusa, Lost but Seeking you can do 9 mill a turn... but... I'd rather just cast Glimpse the Unthinkable or some other remotely good mill and use my normal land drop to do 13...
Also what's the Cobra for?

This works if you find a way to play more than one land per turn, anyone know?
So if you have a way to play two lands per turn you get... 2 bonus mana and 6 milled cards for a four card, unreliable, unprotected "combo" that ties up your land drops for the turn? Am I reading it right? Playing and cracking a fetch does the same thing...

This is why I started playing magic in the first place. It wasn't PT aspirations just making noobs cry by doing things that are perfectly fair.
Fact is, if you have a way to play as many lands as you want per turn, you've probably won already.
The other way to look at it is to skip your opponent's turns (so instead of 1 turn of infinite land drops you have infinite turns of 1 land drops), but again, if you have a way to take infinite turns, you've won already.

AHHHH, you made a suggestion! One that you thought up on your own! One that will not win you a PTQ! I...must...bash...you...
Seriously, it is an interesting idea. I used to use Ghost Town in a similar way in my Millfall deck, and it was quite entertaining. It did not win on it's own, but it was one of the tools. If you are making a Mill deck you should be using Mr. Krabs anyway, right; and if you are running blue then it would not hurt to add a couple of Oboro, right? My Millfall deck was actually quite loathed and hated by many in our casual circle, so it did something right. I think using your idea in this kind of shell would work well enough. So, why not? Oh, and try using Ruin Ghost with it, or perhaps Walking Atlas.
^^ Wow really? You don't ever just play for fun? You must be exciting to play with.
I won't even touch the "playing for fun vs. playing competitively" debate, but it was an honest question. You're the one who posted the combo and asked for a fourth piece, and I was clarifying what the combo you were trying to pull of was - I don't think questioning possible flaws in logic in an on topic thread is a negative trait for a strategy forum, especially when you're touting a casual combo that can mill out on turn 3. You can't be trying to reliably win on turn 3 and also complain about people not playing casually, man.

patron of the moon and bouncelands is the first thing that came to mind since, there was an amulet of vigor deck that had crab patron as its kill or something
vigor creates an untap trigger, patron uses 1 mana to put a simic growth chamber into play, simic growth stacks its trigger with the one from vigor to untap, tap for 2 mana, then bounce itself. This causes hedron crab to mill 3 while generating +1 mana.
Repeat, mill, etc.
Oboro does seem interesting though in that context: using it as a pseudo-bounceland. Interesting variation, patron + crab + oboro + cobra instead of patron + crab + bounceland + amulet of vigor.
fun stuff.
...now that I think of it, could probably add these as redundancy to the existing bounceland TaN combo. Huh. You listening, megatog?

Lightning bolt target is fine. I was just throwing alternative ideas out there for everyone. It's PTQ season so not much brewing will get done, that much is obvious, but that doesn't apply to everyone.
I had to forgo PTQ season this year due to more important obligations. I'd like to hit up MOCS, but I have no idea if I will have the time, and by time I do have the time, Modern season will be over and I'll be stuck with Standard.
I don't hate myself enough to want to play Standard. In that format you are either casting Titans or losing to them. Wizards said they would fix it this year, but nope, the results do not lie. Titans won the Pro-Tour Honolulu. It's a suck fest of Titan casting, and I'd rather sleep than play that for another year.

You can always play Two Explores.
Or Summer Bloom.
Yeah. Oboro's second ability doesn't require it to tap, so you can play Oboro, tap it for U, and use U to bounce it.

With Cobra you can create the mana from Oboro to use it for something else.

Without Fastbond there isn't a reliable way to get a repeatable effect that isn't already a lightning bolt target like Azusa or lumpsided like Rites. Explore, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Summer Bloom, Journey of Discovery, Rites of Flourishing.
vigor creates an untap trigger, patron uses 1 mana to put a simic growth chamber into play, simic growth stacks its trigger with the one from vigor to untap, tap for 2 mana, then bounce itself. This causes hedron crab to mill 3 while generating +1 mana.
