In Masters 25, they printed Protean Hulk and Flash together, officially making the Flash Hulk combo legal in modern. All cards you need to pull off a turn 0 win or other early turn win are all legal in modern. However, nobody has said anything about this, not even mentioning it as an off topic point. Flash is banned in Legacy for a reason, yet it isn't banned in modern. Am I missing something?
None of the cards printed in Masters sets change any existing legalities. Flash is not Modern Legal since it has not been printed in any Standard Legal set since 8th Edition.
Also, Elvish Spirit Guide is not Modern legal either.
