So I despise infect mostly because it makes up 50% of my local meta. What do you guys think some of the other really good aggro decks are that can win t3-4 consistently?
I've already got Suicide zoo and love it, just looking for a second deck with the same general concept: tempo aggro combo.
I'm thinking probably Affinity but anything else come to mind? I prefer to play decks people wont expect.
Thanks!

Well, Infect is a Tier 1 aggro deck and so are Burn and Affinity. Outside of those, you can dip down some tiers to add Suicide Zoo and Gruul Zoo. Elves also has aggro elements, although it's not quite in the same category as those other decks. I would not go any more fringe than those decks or the strategy probably isn't viable, so avoid stuff like Goblins, Allies, Humans, Kuldotha Red, etc.
T3-4 is doable for elves, and I have a very positive match for infect. The deck is also much cheaper than some other decks until you get into the mana base.
You can run some budget options while you fill out, if infect is that big of your meta then llanowar wastes is a strong fill for the deck.
A few key pieces were also printed in EMN if you want a spring board into legacy as well.
Burn is your best bet for dealing with proud Phyrexian-Americans. Tom Ross wakes up screaming during the night twice a week because he's having the Deflecting Palm nightmare again. They can't Vines of Vastwood out of it and don't let them tell you otherwise.

These days, some wizards are finding they have a little too much deck left at the end of their $$$.

would deflecting palm still deal infect damage off of preventing damage from an infect source or would it deal regular damage?
regular since the original source's damage is prevented and deflecting palm DEALS the same amount of damage to the opponent, therefore palm is the damage source and it has no infect, so it's regular
To add to this, if you're playing burn, they're probably going to be dead soon anyway if deflecting palm hits.
Maybe it's too similar, but regular 1 drop zoo beats infect. The difference between it and suicide zoo is that it has 4 lightning bolt and 4 path to exile main. Several infect players have told me that it's their worst (or generally terrible) matchup.

It deflects the damage as normal damage. So if they swing in for 8 infect it turns into 8 normal damage. Still a big swing for only 2 mana.

saving you (probably) a ton of damage and dealing it to them instead
I can see it being funny when they've put a lot of pump spells into a creature
