I've generally had pretty good experiences with MTGdeals.com, both as a buyer and selling cards to them. However, I recently sent it a buylist after I had to wait 10 days for approval, and then I received a notification a few days after it was received by the store that they cancelled the buylist for my taking too long to send the items in.
I've sent several emails over the past week with no response, and their phone goes straight to a message telling me that "the party you are trying to reach has not set up their voicemail box."
Suggestions on escalating if I don't hear back by next week?
