Yeah, not stalling by behind, lol. Continued non-answers continues to show that there is nothing on the horizon. They need to be reported to wizards and you guys just need to get your refunds, this is just so rediculous. One question you need to ask is "Where exactly are you getting the additional vaults from? Are you getting them from a Distributor? Are you getting them from Wizards? Are you buying them on the open market? Where are you getting them from? I want to know specifics." Id like to see how they would answer THAT question. Odds are they would either ignore, or would simply not answer it.

Yep, agree with this. I sent one last email today asking for a hard ship date, and if I don't get an extremely uplifting response in the next 6 hours, I'm reporting them. I recommend that others involved with CA pre-orders do the same. And definitely DON'T order or pre-order anything else from these D-bags.

The store insists that the orders are still being shipped to them from outside vendors (?), stores (?), distributors (?), eBay (?), although it's obvious after all this time and a myriad of varied excuses (from shipper delays to vendor delays to medical issues) that the store is lying and deceiving its customers. As no customer has yet received a refund, I believe the store is leveraging Wizards of the Coast products to commit fraud and should be investigated by the proper authorities.
Please let me know if any additional information is needed. Thank you for your support.

Yeah, that was on Thursday, and he said I would have one "tomorrow" (meaning Friday). Next request will just be for a refund, I've had it with these clowns.
It took about a month of emails but they did actually send me a USPS money order for my refund which I have sitting in front of me (I got it on Friday IIRC). I intend to cash it tomorrow; if anything weird happens I'll be sure to let you all know. I got the excuse that "We had our main server go down last week and some emails didn't make it through properly. Playing catch up now & I will get this out to you right away with tracking." when I asked why it took them so long to actually send me the money order.
Assuming the MO is not counterfeit, you should be fine. It's not like a check where it can bounce - it's paid for up front. That's why people use MOs for these types of situations. Glad to know they followed through on this at least.

I think they're lying on both counts. I neither received nor heard of any mass email, and the only way these guys are getting more CAs now is if they're buying them off eBay. I demanded a refund from them as well and they were (finally) quick to respond, having provided me with a tracking number this morning.
Humorously, once it was settled that they no longer owed me a CA, they became much more responsive:

I agree with you here, Karakas--no matter how "pissed off" my emails to them are (I dont cuss or insult them btw), they still come back as polite, sorry, etc. Instead of being fraudulent a-holes or whatever, I just think that they are really just clueless and a bit stupid. Still, not gonna shop with them ever again, but Im not necessarily going to go out of my way to badmouth their business.
They're playing stupid. They think if they act nice and innocent long enough, people will fall for it and wait for basically forever before getting their money back.

I had a lot of trouble getting my box from them. They claimed it was lost in the mail, but I never received any shipping info from them. I received it when I should have been receiving my Arsenals.

Posting to confirm that I did receive my two Arsenals, as well as two FTV: Realms spindowns that they included for whatever reason.
After getting fed up, I sent them an e-mail telling them I planned to report them to WOTC, Wepay (the site their eStore is run through), and Salvation. I set a deadline; they got defensive, told me they'd get a shipment January 3rd or something. I said I expected shipping confirmation on January 5th, or I'd report the same as previously mentioned. If for some reason their shipment meant to arrive on the 3rd wasn't there, then I told them to buy two from another dealer and have them shipped directly to me (thereby not losing any money for them, since the two that were meant for me could be sold at the same price to somebody else). Looks like it worked.

I really wish I found this thread sooner, otherwise I would not have ordered through them. What should I request as additional compensation provided they do ship? I was thinking expedited shipping, refund my shipping, or extra product.

Closest LGS I have is 40 miles and they were charging 115+ tax, so I went for it. (Not driving just yet, so it's a pain to get product.)
I assure you I will be receiving upgraded shipping or free merchandise by the time this is all said and done though.
