I wouldn't sell any Modern staples for at least another few weeks, minimum.
With Origins still more than a month away, the Modern Festival, and other Modern PTQs, there is room to grow still on MTGO Modern cards.
Hell, I'm close to advocating investing on recently-reprinted staples from MMA2015 - prices are historically low on cards like Cryptic, Goyf, Fulminator, etc.
I just saw where Liliana is at and was wondering about the same thing. I would like to buy them back eventually but was wondering if it might be good time to sell high then buy back lower later. Especially after I saw an article stating they are no where to be found.
However, it is unlikely to be reprinted any time soon, so I'm not sure it will come down.
Depends. It's a near-lock for the next Modern Masters product, and I would be fairly surprised if there isn't a Modern Masters product next year. WotC weren't going to commit to MM2015 until they saw if MM1 was a success or not, but now that they know it will be they will milk it.
I'd say Blood Moon is at least a 50% chance to be reprinted in both paper and online within 12 months.
I also would not totally rule out Wizards banning it. I don't think such an action would be warranted but it could happen.
I don't think we're going to see a Modern Masters every year. There would be an outroar from the Planechase/Conspiracy/Archenemy crowd. Unless they spun it off into its own product like Commander. But Commander replaced something else existing (the Premium Deck Series). So they'd have to replace something for a yearly Modern set (most likely), and the only candidate I see is FTV, which still seems unlikely.

Hard to know what will go for it, but MM1 and MM2 have both been considerably more successful for WotC than FTV, or even than the Commander precons (which will obviously continue), and the cost to print a set like MM is only a smidgen higher than regular sets (shorter print run, more foils).
If I were a WotC manager and I saw the hype from MM1, my first step would have been to find the person that came up with the idea and give them a big bonus ($50k plus), then second would have been to sit down with them, and start planning the sequel.
Overall, when is it best to sell modern staples? The week Modern Festival takes place?
Non reprinted Modern staples - yes. Although there is going to be a lot of Modern this summer with PTQs and such.
MTGO brass increased the length of time you can draft MMA2015 by 3+ weeks, which is a big detriment to value of the set. A lot more supply should drop the price of MMA2015 staples. I would actually sell some of them now if you aren't willing to play the long-term game with them.
Probably not a bad time to sell - Origins is coming out soon and people are going to start liquidating their Modern staples to pay for Prerelease and Release events. Standard staples will begin to rise as excitement for a new Standard environment hits and Modern staples will need to fall to absorb the effects.
There still is PTQ season with Modern events online I believe, so I don't expect Blood Moon to plummet too hard. I would sell it soon if you aren't using it for any Modern deck, tho.
I just got rid of a bunch of inquisitions and paths. Didn't know they were that high until I was checking some deck prices to see how close I was to completing some of them. I can't wait for ROE drafts to come around again so I can get 2 or 3 a draft when they are a dollar(ticket).

I am not so sure...given they recently made it as a PTQ promo means they might not want to put it in Modern Masters. I would say that Snapcaster Mage would be a near lock, but not Liliana.
As far as selling or holding Blood Moon, the card will always be worth more than you would really want to pay for one, so might as well hold onto it unless you really need the cash.
Sell into the hype?
Maybe now, maybe in a week or three.

seems solid, I think it is overpriced right not.
