Anafenza is not a bulk mythic in the normal version (far from it, bots are paying over 3 tickets for the card).
However, the foil version is extremely low for a foil mythic, at 8.5 tickets dealer sell price. (Foil mythics in 'not yet legal to redeem but coming soon' sets usually sell for 9-10 if they are bulk mythics, and a bit over 10 if they have some play demand as well as redemption demand).
Is there a supply-side issue that I'm unaware of that has made foil Anafenza more common on MTGO than would be expected?
