The main issue is he is not that good vs conrols either.
How so? against most control decks it's an extra draw each turn since most of the cards will already be in your color. Beaters that draw are good in any grindy match.

Agreed. Even drawing into regular land drops is good, since it can set the stage to grind things out.
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
I'm surprised too. I think she's a decent 2-of for control decks, but I don't see her doing much else. Seems way to slow for modern. I could see her settling at $12-$15 in a month. But, I think she still has room to climb between now and then (maybe $33 ish).
I think folks are buying their deck right now, thus the prices are high do to demand. She has to fall soon cause 6 mana is no Tamiyo.
A 2/3 for 3 is not where you want to be vs agro. It has no abilities that matter if it's not attacking. It's quite good in the mirror, or vs slower midrange.
The interaction where it makes BTE come down a turn later because you drew the shrine instead of a mountain, or the one where the following turn you can tap three lands to produce RR or GG?
If this card spikes in price it will be due to EDH, not standard.
Bought my local game store out of Stormbreath Dragons for FNM, and while I was buying them, two people called in asking if they had any. (You snooze, you lose!) I predict a Thundermaw-like price trajectory for this card. It goes in multiple Standard decks and might be the hottest card of the set.
EDH/Commander is a social format, right? So why don't people use their social skills to discuss what they like and don't like, instead of adopting a list with 60+ banned cards?
Boon Satyr is the real deal, folks. This card is criminally undervalued at $2 right now.
I, as well as several people at my shop, agree with you. Any Green deck will play this card in my opinion.

Jace, architect of thought was just bumped up to 30 on SCG. Wouldn't be surprised to see other stores follow suit with the 10 copies of jace in the top 8 of SCG Worcester. Not surprised to see this happen.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
Chandra, Pyromaster is at 30 on TCGplayer at the lowest, it look like someone bought them all out. There's only 8 nonfoil copies on there. There's still a few on ebay for less than that, but they probably won't last long.
She'll still be hit by the post-rotation dip, but not as low as you think, she's also seeing play in Modern and Legacy. This is assuming she doesn't see a reprint in the next core set.

So your plan is to sell it during the one week its at $40 mid?
The price trajectory barring that one spike that everyone remembers was a slow tumble to its current floor.

Also SCG has raised the prices of Nightveil Specter, Ash Zealot, and Supreme Verdict and they are all still sold out.

I'm always looking for foil Madcap Skills and Ghitu Fire-Eater, [trade thread link forthcoming]
I figured it would be a great card. A lot of people I know think it's horrible.

-edit- And she'll probably be reprinted in m15 as well. Garruk was still a $10-$15 card after it's second printing.
