She's extremely comparable to baneslayer angel, which was a major roleplayer in its time in standard. I'm not saying it will be a $50 card like baneslayer was, but I have a hard time believing this won't see a good amount of standard play.
Seems like a decent Standard card, so I can't see her moving out of the $10-$20 range. She dodges Cast Down all day, but for some reason still has to Walk the Plank even though she flies :-). I see her primarily as an EDH card, but as has been mentioned she has most of the relevant text of Baneslayer, which was played kind of a lot.
Bottom line: If you're buying at $15, you're probably neither going to make nor lose significant money.

Out of the gate? Yeah. As mentioned, Standard cards have a whole lotta flux. I don't think that the spike will stick, but I've certainly been wrong before (see late April, for example). If you bought at $15, now's a decent chance to flip. If you didn't buy in already, I wouldn't jump on board now.

Reality is only what man allows it to be. Few shape it so that many may accept it.
