Aluren seems to have gained ~50% value since it's performance at GP Seatac. Is there room for more growth or will the availability of Recruiters keep Aluren down?

Recruiter availability definitely limits it, but Aluren has spiked in the past after a series of victories. You can see a drastic spike in Jan '13. Interestingly, this was many months before the Judge Foil Recruiter was printed, so it does seem fairly independent of the price of Recruiters. As you can see from the downward trend over the past almost three years, it almost certainly can't maintain a price of $20+, despite being a Reserved card.
I'd say if we see a couple of repeat performances from Aluren in Legacy, it could spike a bit more, but I think the going will be slow - we're not going to see an overnight 4x spike again. And it's going to depend on continual placing to keep that price up, otherwise it's shown that it will easily fall back to $4-5.
Another factor that could cause a major spike would be another card being printed that drastically changes the viability of the deck. If, for example, we ever see a white Imperial Recruiter.

English The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale has climbed another 10% to $879 TCGP medium. Is it gonna be the first Legacy legal card to break the $1000 mark for its cheapest printing? Italian can still be bought for around $470 in MKM but that's still a humongous amount of money for Italian Legends though.
Also Stoneforge Mystic doubling in price these past two weeks due to the Modern hype train, although that's hardly surprising.
Jason Alt has been pumping it as a potential spec target in EDH for a few months now. The new Daxxos deck could be part of it too, I guess--is that one popular at all?
Serra's Sanctum jumped about 40% to $53. Only 15 copies on tcgplayer.
Low supply are does someone have a soon-to-be itchy finger for a buyout?
Is serra's sanctum even worthy to be in legacy discussion? Noone plays it there. I'd say it's a commander card and commander cards rise in value pretty much only in buyouts.
Serra's Sanctum is integral to the Enchantress deck. While Enchantress may not a big part of the meta, it is still a workhorse in an existing deck, was printed ~17 years ago, and is on the Reserved List. That said, I do agree that this uptick in price is probably more related to the new Daxos (and EDH in general).
Sanctum has hit $70 mid on TCGplayer. If you're looking to spec, ship has sailed. If you're looking to buy to play, you can either try now or when it settles at $50-60 in the next few weeks.
Edit: Down to 55 already. I don't expect it to drop below 50, since the price pre-spike was 40.

I'd imagine phyrexian tower at 30 is due to commander. Nic fit isn't making some great surge in popularity I would imagine and that's the only legacy deck that plays it. Card isn't getting any easier to find.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
Any idea what's up with Phyrexian Tower jumping to $30?
While High Market saw a reprint in the green/black commander precon, Phyrexian Tower did not, and it seems like the more important card for such a deck.

Surprisingly Tower isn't. Not sure why the others in the cycle are and it isn't.

Shivan Gorge isn't either (the red member of that "cycle"). It's pretty simple - Tower is an EDH card, a format that barely existed when the list was being populated. It was a jank rare for a while. Academy and Cradle were always very good, and Sanctum was probably put on as "This card is like these other really good cards - it should be really good too".
Remember that the reserve list was not created scientifically. It was "Hey, we think that players want us to put this card on, so we'll put this card on", using far less market research than they have today.
I always thought that Tower was reserved as well, but a quick trip to the list proves that it is not.

Lion's Eye Diamonds have increased significantly in price over the last week or so. I'm thinking it may be due to an influx of players getting into Legacy after the Twin ban in Modern and wanting to play the premier combo deck of the format?

TES has been doing good. This card was prime for a rise since there is no reprint on this card.

I had been wondering for a long time how long it would take. There is just no replacement for it and it's so crucial for most of the combo decks. Anyone who didn't have their set already wasn't interested in playing combo in legacy.

Storm Combo or All-In Combo like Belcher/Oops, that is. It's still very possible to play Elves, Show and Tell, Reanimator, etc without Ice.

What's also surprising is seeing binder-bait cards like Infernal Darkness fetch some value lately. I'm so glad I started playing back in '95. *hugs binder*
WotC needs to reprint Retribution of the Meek in a big, big way.
In all seriousness, I think this card popped up in many people's minds after the Pro Tour as a possible hedge against Eldrazi skittering down into Legacy. I bet I'm not the only one that pointed it out, but I bet that someone finally decided to make a move because WHY NOT THATS WHAT WE DO NOWADAYS BAM CAPITALIZISM.
Depends on the version. The Seventh edition did have an upward growth span since Return to Ravnica debuted and now looks like it's levelling out at Battle for Zendikar's release. Revised, Fourth and Sixth editions follow this where Fifth was up and down quite a lot more than the others. Unlimited is up quite a lot since Oath came out. Alpha and Beta are mixed. (Source: http://www.mtgstocks.com/prints/14159 [7th Edition]).
For Modern, you can also use Marble Titan which is essentially Meekstone with a body attached.

Such a shame, too. This card is would be such a no-brainer for reprint in a set like SOI. Flavor home run and would provide another potential piece of hate for Eldrazi matchups.

It could always be reprinted as a Day of Judgment version--destroy, but with no regeneration clause.
As a matter of fact, R&D would probably prefer to do that over reprinting Retribution as written.
