Judge Imperial Seal is floating around $250-$300, you guys think it'll go any lower?
Yes.
The card was *just* released. It's a brand-new judge foil still in its first wave of distribution. Judge foils always start ridiculously high, then fall once supply actually hits the market. Seal is an iconic P3K card, but it's not Force of Will - WOTC isn't going to hold it back to try to keep it special. Frankly, I'm surprised that it's already this low - I'd expected it to drift down more slowly. But for it to have fallen so hard so fast, it means that the demand has really been reached. The demand for Seal at the ridiculous price was propped up by collectors, but it's just not that good of a card. Some people are playing it in Vintage and in EDH. It's not considered an auto-include in either format. I'd expect it to follow a similar path to Ravages of War. TobyornotToby has a great post explaining distribution here: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/magic-fundamentals/the-rumor-mill/762968-judge-foil-imperial-seal?comment=33
Either way, the card is *just now hitting the market*. The people who want one at $300 will buy theirs, and then the rest of the sellers will have to lower their prices or go home. Who wants this and can afford $300? People who can also afford $600 for a "nicer" version, and bought theirs when they first could. The demand simply isn't there.

So Atraxa, Praetors' Voice is now at a ridiculous $33, which is apparently due to a buyout. Isn't Commander 2016 printed to demand? If so, I think Wizards will need to do what they did with the 2013 decks and every order comes with 2 of the Atraxa decks, and 3 of the others, possibly at random.
By the way, does anyone know when the next wave of shipments of Commander 2016 is supposed to happen?

There's only the one listing on TCGPlayer. She's $26 shipped on eBay, although I take your point. Definitely makes me wish I'd bought more!
C16 is indeed "print to demand". The problem is that big box stores won't bother ordering more of just one specific deck, and LGSes will charge what people are willing to pay, which seems to be $60 for the deck. So she shouldn't keep a price of $33 (or really even $25), but I don't see her dropping below $20 for a while. According to EDHrec, she's now the most popular commander of all time: https://edhrec.com/commanders/#alltime

I have no idea how accurate the information is, but the rumor is that C16 is out of print already. I wouldn't be surprised if that is whats causing the Atraxa madness, regardless of the validity of the information.

As far as I can tell, it's only a rumor. The Anthology sets say that they're limited release and that there's an allocation, but C16 doesn't mention anything of the sort. There may be some sort of distributor snafu, but I really don't think that they'd shut down the presses while demand is still going strong. I can see a rumor like that surging demand, though. Magic players are a skittish lot, and if we think that something is going to push prices up the instinct is generally to get in before the spike, since we've all seen so many unreasonable spikes. And, like I said a month ago, Atraxa has no budget appeal - she heads up a deck packed with mythics, so anyone who's decided to play that deck won't really care about the difference between spending $5 on the perfect commander and spending $35 on her.

Dumbass Rudy and his Alpha Investments scam spread that rumor. It'll be true until next week when WOTC announces a run of Commander decks featuring only Atraxa packs.
So... bloom tender foils are all but gone? Those 4C (read: Atraxa) decks must be accounting for it. There are close to none on most of the online retailers. Prices that I'm seeing are around the $60 range...

Neat idea, but I don't think it's worth it. 5 color generals have been out for a long time. In fact, I've been playing one for 6 years now. Never wanted this card. It's usually 1 mana on 3rd turn, maybe 2. Nothing too crazy at all.

wait...really? This card is probably one of, if not the, best mana dorks in the format. People playing Derevi, Marath, Leovold or Animar see this T2 and T3 tap for all the colors. Particularly derevi, which just untaps it by ETB. I am surprised it took this long to go up, but I'm guessing the "Atraxa effect" is just too good and is responsible for the price bump and scarcity

I'm not saying it's not good in the right deck, but to see an increase like this it would have to be great in lot's of decks. Mana dorks don't live long in this format.

It's not bad and has it's place in the format, but it's not a staple by any means. Most decks would rather just have Birds of Paradise, especially the 4 commanders you named.

It looks like someone just bought out Three Visits.
Seems like a foolish move to me. It's a popular common that will almost definitely get reprinted, if not in Archenemy: Nicol Bolas then in a Commander set or even the next Eternal Masters set. There are just too many reprint avenues open. Sure, this is the "pimpest" version, but a lot of the P3K cards that got reprinted dropped significantly, even if they did rebound a bit.

Urza's Miter? It's like, if I was forced to make three colorless decks with no cards shared between them, it would be considered for the third deck and then cut. It's a cool triggered ability and it costs way too much mana to use in practice. But someone's decided to buy this card out.
Just another garbage reserve list buyout among many. On the bright side, there has to be actual demand to turn a profit on these, and I can't imagine there being any real demand.

I absolutely love the art (probably the victim of a multiple-definition word, because I'm willing to bet that the designer meant a miter box), even though it's a card I'd never play with. I can see picking up a copy or three just for coolness at $3, but not at $10. Although in a few months people will say "Yeah, it's an Antiquities card and it's on the Reserve list. $10 seems fair."

Looks like Memory Jar is finally moving, especially foils. I'm guessing it's because it's on the Reserved List and can be useful in Commander.
Anyone know anything else?
Haven't heard anything new. I'm a little surprised it took as long as it did on the foils, despite being banned in legacy. Reserved list + powerful + well known is a perfect storm for high prices. Maybe the FTV printing has been holding them down a little?

If you want foils, that seems like an OK option right now. 7-8 bucks for NM.
This is purely Frontier "demand." Smells like Tiny Leaders, but may take off as there are quite a few tournaments firing on the format.
