When I was at Walmart yesterday, they had the Breya, Etherium Shaper & Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder C16 decks sitting on the shelf for the $41.95 that they normally charge, but both of the boxes were beat up I was planning to go back today and get one or both if they are still there cause I didn't have cash on me yesterday, do you think I should get them to flip or not?

I would not. Both decks can be had for ~$60 (Yidris) and -$70 (Breya) SHIPPED. Assuming you buy for $42 (which I assume would be about $45 after tax?), you've spent $90. If you manage to get $130 for them, you'll lose about $16 to shipping ($8 x 2 unless you luck out and the same buyer takes both and you can combine shipping)and up to 13% in ebay fees which is another $17, which means for your trouble you'll make less than $10. And, I'm not even taking into account any hit you'll take on the beat up boxes, which will eliminate anyone that wants to buy these to keep them sealed or who themselves would be considering their own flip down the road.
If you can sell these locally and in person so as not to get hit with shipping costs and sales/auction fees, perhaps consider it, but you still have to find a buyer for a product that's 10 months old when new products in the same line have just been released.

Untaidake is fantastic in the right deck with the rules change. Superfriends is both a popular and viable decktype in EDH (see Atraxa). No one is splashing this in their decks that have 2-3 PW's, but put it in a Superfriends decks with 15-17 PW's and it's nearly another Ancient Tomb. It's not speculation, it just has a narrow use in terms of the number/variety of decks that can benefit from it, but the one that can is very popular, and we all know EDH is a pimper's format.
15 cards is 15% of your deck. I think you're overrating how great Untaidake is. There will be many instances where it's a nice boost to power out an early walker or other legendary. The rest of the time it's a dud.
I never see this card played in EDH even though every EDH deck has constant access to a Legendary card, and the reason is the same. It's a dead card most of the time.
I just did a quick Google search of Superfiends decks on TappedOut and found that of the first 10 decks I looked at, they averaged nearly 21 PW's per deck (20x, 22, 14, 20, 26, 20, 26, 17, 20, 18), so I undersold them and the value of Untaidake in such a deck. If 1 out of every 5 cards in your deck can benefit from a land, it's a worthy inclusion.
1 out of every 5 cards benefit from that land. The other 80% of the time it does nothing, occupies a land slot and takes a land drop. No thanks.
How many of those superfriends decks you're referencing run Untaidake? I'm guessing it's zero.
Checking on EDHrec, it's really only used in Sisay and a couple of others that try to power out the general as early as possible like Kozilek and Narset. It wasn't in any Atraxa decks (most popular superfriends general by a mile). It's usable in Sisay for superfriends but that's about it IMO, the rest of the time I'd use a basic. This is just speculators speculatin'. Maybe it's useful in other formats? I don't know.
Honestly there isn't much point in looking at existing decklists, because before a couple of days ago, the decks running a bunch of planeswalkers had no use for the card. These things usually take some time to update if I recall correctly. However I imagine now that we have the planeswalker/legendary change that we will start seeing more decks running such a card. Now whether that is worth its current $10 price tag on ebay is another thing entirely. I honestly don't know what the increased demand will do in the long term to the card's value but I do believe that a decent increase due to more potential uses now that planeswalkers are legendary too is perfectly reasonable. One thing I have learned about spikes though, is that inevitably supply eventually reacts to the increase in price/demand and eventually things balance out again with the price back down to a more reasonable one. Whether it settles at $8 or $6 or $5 however will remain to be seen. It seems like any land that can tap for multiple mana even if it does come into play tapped has potential for decent use under the right circumstances. The land will never be a bulk/Dollar rare again, but I doubt it sticks around $10 for too long, even being from the very under-opened kamigawa block.
IT would be good early on. Problem is if you want it early on, you don't want it coming into play tapped.
Say you want to drop a JTMS. Unless you have this first 2 turns, it won't accelerate anything. And then after that it's a strictly worse Ancient Tomb. If it didn't citpt it might be worth running or if it had a non counter clause like Boseiju I could see it. I think as Xoth points out, it's just not good most of the time. I'd rather use another 2 mana land, more ramp, or a mana rock instead.

I checked the first 10 Sisay decks on EDHREC. That's a probably the ideal place for it - you want your general to come down quickly, your general can tutor for the card, and your general provides a steady stream of things you can play with it. They average ~19 legendary creatures (pulled down slightly by cEDH lists), not counting the general. One of them runs Untaidake. According to the same site, about 15% of Sisay decks run Untaidake. It rarely makes the cut there because a CIPT land that can't pay for 60+% (generous estimate) of your spells is not a good card even when it ramps you. For reference, 1/2 of those decks play Ancient Tomb and none of those run Untaidake as a second copy.
Current Untaidake demand is absolutely speculation. It sold heavily within a day of the rules change announcement and well before the actual rules change. I'd guess that the vast majority of players haven't even played a game with those rules in effect yet, so the demand is certainly not based on results or testing. There's actual demand for the card (i.e. it's not a buyout) but it's still entirely speculative.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
If Untaidake becomes an actual card, and Sisay decks become very popular, I'd expect to see the G/W planeswalkers all get incidental price bumps, and Riftstone Portal foils to dissapear. (You can't play Urborg in Sisay, and being able to tap Untaidake and similar lands for normal mana is a huge benefit.)
Also watch the prices of all of the Legendary lands. When you first build a Sisay deck you don't often think about it, but tutoring up a land each turn to make all of your land drops is something she can definitely do.
Is the cat tribal deck the only reason why Nacatl War-Pride has jumped from an 63 cent common to a $2+ common?
I would assume its more to do that its a unique card that hasn't been reprinted.

I'm sure both reasons are why its spiked, but there has clearly been a buyout though, or just a ton of people all going for the card at the same time. Either way, the card firstly is an UNCOMMON, not a common from future sight, and secondly has always been a popular card among casual players, I know I would sell them fairly consistently at the shop over the years since the release of the set. I checked on ebay and tcgplayer and on ebay there is only one listing that hasn't gotten bought out yet at $15 for a playset with no other listings at all available (English copies), and tcgplayer has one seller with non-foils (NM copies) available at $6 per card. I think supply should even out soon enough on that once people realize the spike/buyout happened, which should bring it back down to earth some at least, but in the meantime, they look to be quite hard to find and much more expensive to purchase than they were just a few days ago.

Actually, you can play Urborg in any commander deck. You are prohibited playing colored mana symbols outside of your general's color identity. Land types by themselves don't matter for identity (unless on the type line which has additional rule baggage - taps for X color of mana) - and that is official (and otherwise it would disqualify even things like forestwalk from a non-green deck from inclusion)
Oh, true. It was Bojuka Bog that I can't play in green/white decks haha
Tawnos's Coffin was finally hit by the reserve-list mania. LP/NM copies have sold for more than $70 dollars lately and are now listed @ over $100 dollars, while even damaged and HP played copies are selling for more than $40.
It's too bad as it is a pretty useful card in some decks and has a pretty unique effect.
EDIT: Also worth noting that this doesn't really look like a one-shot buyout, as it sold steadily @ $40 until supply dried up.
Is there a reason why Breed Lethality is now selling for ~$100?
Also, why is the Japanese Breed lethality only selling for $50?

EDH/Commander is a social format, right? So why don't people use their social skills to discuss what they like and don't like, instead of adopting a list with 60+ banned cards?
Anyone think there will be any Un- or silver border Holiday promo spikes now that (for a month [or maybe longer?]) silver boardered cards are legal in Commander? I am guessing Super-Secret Tech will get an upswing (sorry, typing on a cell & no option to link said card is available).

I feel like Fruitcake Elemental is probably a good target - there was only one left on TCGP when I checked earlier today. It's something that could easily exist in black border, and if the RC decides that the experiment went well and they'll legalize again with more bannings, it's almost guaranteed to be on the "not banned" list.
Also, Stooge, you can always manually just add "[card]" tags around the card name, even on mobile.
