Did you trade away only cards you don't want? Did you receive cards you wanted?
If you can answer yes to those questions, it was probably a good trade.
However, you're probably regretting it a little bit judging by how you're posting it here

No I'm happy with the trade. Wasn't going to use those cards. I'm just wondering if it was a good trade value wise.

Wow. That I did not know, because everyone who was watching the trade said it was an even trade. The trade was going for almost 2 hours and we had about 10 people around us watching.
I thought I may have had the trade up by like $5, but I didn't know it was almost double value until now.

How can you look at those two piles and not instantly realize how badly you were ripping him?
I value cards not by price, but how useful they are. So putting it money wise, I found Angel of Serenity in top condition to be a $8-$10 card. So with a foil card and a nicked card, the foil would bring the price of the nicked card up to a normal, making both cards $20.
As for the Sulfur Falls, it's just a land. I still value them as much as a Rootbound Crag, no matter how new they are, they are still a land.

This is very true. The Angels alone were more than enough for the trade but the Sulfur Falls on top of it? Horrible trade on his part. Those lands are nowhere near the value of the Core duals for the simple reason that the Core lands have had 4 printings now and can be had very cheap. The Inn. lands have had a single print run and will maintain their value until they are as plentiful as the Core set lands.

Tell you what, I have 19 Drowned Catacombs and nearly as many Glacial Fortress, are you telling me that you'd trade for my excess Core duals for Inn. lands on a 1 to 1 trade? No one would do that because it's ludicrous.
Foil Angel + Angel is worth way more than $20, even if normal Angel is SP. Cheapest foil one on TCG is $23-24 from a couple stores, and the rest sell it for $30++.

I value cards by value. Because that's what they are worth. It's a strange concept, but that seems to be what most of the rest of the world is doing these days.
Value and playability sometimes have nothing to do with each other. Cards are as good as money. You wouldn't give someone two $2 dollar bills in exchange for a $5 bill just because "they look better."
You got away with it this time. You could get ripped off next time, maybe for hundreds. Stop lying to yourself about some vague ego stroking concept like "my own perception of usefulness" and learn/look up the value of the cards before you trade them. You don't have to tell other people when they are getting screwed, but at least know when you yourself are.
Sound the trumpets! In come the trolls!!!!
*Royal trumpets sound off*
But seriously though, I look at prices on all cards incase I miss some value, but if I see a rediculus price for a card for wat it does, I value it under my own pricings when buying/trading for.
For example: Tarmogoyf. Yea I see its usefulness. But $100? Haha. I'd value it for $30, and only because of it's set being old and can't be opened any more. Not until MM at least.
And lastly, Innistrad Duals will be re-printed M14, M15, or M16. It's not like this is the only time you'll get them so keep buying top dollar.
Keep trolling if you'd like. While you do, I'll be leading you into a circular room and tell you to find the corner. Good luck!

Oh, I thought he was talking about playing a spell that is countering a spell with counters on it as it comes into play, but I see you guys were just discussing whether he was flashing a creature with flash in order to flash a flashback or just flashing a creature with flash but not needing flash in order to flashback a spell without flash.
Your explaination makes no sense. No one is gonna trade with you or go by your pricing if they are smart. This isn't 1997 we don't value cards by how "good" they are. Know why, cause no two people are gonna value a card at the exact same price and its an unfair trading method. That trade was a huge ripoff for the other guy.

Seems good to me. Most of those see some sort of regular play. It looks like you are getting two stormkirk nobles in your favor, which is nice.
i'm high on bonfire atm. so i personally wouldn't do this. i do like the zealots but the upside of everything else isn't really there.

i find this ridiculous that you are asking...
clearly you know the values because you even go so far as to say one of the cards is Light play... and you have internet....
anyways i wouldn't even trade for B if it was just the foil angel... not even close
on top it you added another angel and 3 sulfur falls...
good brag bro....
