Pile A wins easily. $80 for $60 (assuming Etched Champion is $10 because I don't know).
I guess long term it is closer. Basically FOIL Thoughtseize for a playset of Godless Shrine.

Not sure where your looking at prices but thoughtseize is sitting at 70 and etched champion 15, foils of course. I dont like pile A because Sarkhan, hes an overpriced standard card that will probably get duel decked in the future. Godless shrines are quite plentiful now and i feel the whole shockland speculation right now is a bit overestimated. Massacre wurm is a cute edh foil though, dont really see him doing much except sitting around being pretty. As for the pile B side of things, both are legacy/modern all stars in foil, and since the trade is about equal in value, i would take the opportunity to unload a card like a foil sarkhan right now into better things. That's just what i'd do personally.
I would be getting pile A. The added value makes up for Sarkhan's current inflated price, but he's really the only thing that I really need from this trade and even then, I'm not too concerned with picking him up now rather than waiting a couple years.
I suppose it would let me deslot my nonfoil from the cube and trade it off while it's still worth something, too, in addition to the extra value.
Suggestions? Will Containment Priest continue to rise in value?
I'd hold off on this if you're pile B. I would expect the supply on Containment Priest to be good enough for at least the next few months to cause a dip. Long-term, it should go up, but I don't expect that to be the case for now.
I figured that I should have a single copy of Zeus for Modern/Legacy play and fetchlands seem like they are going to go down some more before they stabilize. Plus, one seems a lot more likely to get a reprint than the other.

I'd take the Tabernacle, and it's not particularly close. There's no way in Hell that WotC will ever reprint a land with similar functionality, and unless the Reserved List dies in the holy fire it should (not likely), it won't be reprinted. I think we all know that it's only a matter of time before they pump more 'Goyfs into the system for Modern purposes.
You're basically betting on the likelihood that the Lands deck in Legacy takes a huge hit with more recent releases (if anything, more creature-based strategies suggest otherwise) and that people stop flocking to safety in Reserved List cards (not likely) against the chances that Goyf sees a reprint in Modern Masters 2 and/or some future set (very likely).

Yeah I want to move my collection into foils and reserve list cards, I will actually use the Tabernacle also and don't have much need for the Goyfs

We haven't seen the bottom of the fetchlands yet, though they are approaching. This is a fine pickup for now, since you can just get the fetch back when it traditionally *does* bottom out (about a month into the next set).

Well, looking at it from the end: I own a Judge Force of Will. I'm not sure that I'd take $600 in cash for it - I'd want $650-700, so looking at it from that end, I'd take the Force of Will. [Clarification: This is not an offer or a solicitation - only my musing hypotheticals and my opinions on the trade being proposed. Please respect the forum rules on this matter.]
With that said, $2400 is a lot of money when talking about collectible cards - more than I spend in a year and probably more than what I spend in two years (on MtG). Cash is King, and that's a working used car we're talking about.
I would probably want $2600 for a playset of them, but I don't think it's unfair in either direction, depending on how much you need the money versus the value you get from the foil Force of Will.
If you've got the cash to spend, it's a pretty good price on them. They seem to be selling for a little bit more than that overall. However, the gain is still under the ~10-15% or so in fees you'd probably be paying if you wanted to flip them, so I'd only pull the trigger if the goal is long term speculation or collection purposes.
Thanks guys. I'm pretty sure the guy is willing to do so, but I am so wishy-washy whether I want to do it or not. I can afford it now as of recently and it will be much easier in the near future, but I could also use that towards many other things.
Not to mention, I don't know how often I will play Legacy. The last time I played was at the Los Angeles SCG Open, which was probably a year ago now. I also have the question whether you believe that the price will go up or go down. Is this the last time that FoW will be printed for a while or will many other FoW Promos be released, like has happened to some of them?
(Obviously I know that there is no absolute way to know what Wizards will do...)

The only place they would feasibly print a Force promo would be:
- Judge promo (already happened)
- Grand Prix promo (seems unlikely, given how few legacy GPs there are)
- WMCQ promo (Have they ever played Legacy as the format for WMCQs?)

So, this judge promo is not valuable just because it's a Force of Will. It's valuable because it's ridiculously limited in quantity. If they print new Forces, nobody will be out there trying to trade their old Forces for the new version. It's like Mutavault. They reprinted Mutavault in M14, but that didn't do a thing to the price of the ultra-rare Champs foil Mutavault. I wouldn't worry about a reprint killing the price. The only thing that will affect the price significantly is if they decide to release this same card in greater quantities. So, let's say they decide that every time a L2 judge is crowned, they get a foil Force. That is the only way that supply increases. Even if they print a GP or WMCQ promo Force with the same art (unlikely), people who want the best and people who collect judge foils will all still want this one. Judge foils are about as safe as SDCC black-on-black planeswalkers - after all, reprinting Demonic Tutor and Dark Ritual in a duel deck did nothing to harm the price of the judge foils, right?

Reprints the one card that people point to when saying that art objectifies women.
Well done Wizards.
Liliana does not objectify women in any way at all. We have gotten to a point in our society that every single picture of a women must be objectifying a women in some negative way......blah blah blah.. That is not the case. (((Sarcasm)))Picture of a girl drinking a milk shake, must be sex related and putting women down, picture of girl sitting on a beach, picture of a girl driving a car, picture of a girl on the moon at a new space station.)))
You have a picture of an attractive strong power women who girls dress up as for anime conventions. What more do you want? The picture is fine, happy to see a reprint. Sick of of seeing people claim that everything in existence must be putting women down. Then all I have to do is replace the word "women" with anything else to get the same mentality; fish, cats, arabs, blacks, jews, men, environment, whites, chinese, old people, etc. It doesn't matter what word I put in. Stop sucking life out of everything man. That artwork of her is awesome. Stop putting stuff down man. Just stop. If the picture was really as negative as you claim she would totally nude, in a kitchen, making sandwiches and giving blow jobs. Her abilities would be horrible as well. +1 do nothing -2 do nothing -6 do nothing. Instead liliana of the veil is an amazing planeswalker comparable to jace, the mind sculpter with great art to appreciate.
My suggestion listen to some comedy radio for a while, pandora is free, youtube is free there is something out there for you. ***** go make fun of somebody. The whole world is so serious and campaigning for some cause, or someones rights, everything is a hate crime, racist, sexist. blah blah blah.
"O no mcdonalds must be slandering a hate crime against skinny people every time they make a big mac." hahaha jeeze You're just someone perpetuating another groups negative perspective that they've made you believe is correct. Look at the picture for a hour and tell me what's wrong with it? I don't see anything.
I have heard vague rumors of a moustache-dispensing vending machine in a distant laundromat, across the street from a tattoo parlor. However, this information is shaky, and time is of the essence.

Snappy is played in more copies around the place from what I've seen. I think it could be due for a jump.
Brimaz is about $40 the others are about $15. I know it's a lot to pay but Brimaz is a stand out in a set full of jank.
Pile B is way ahead here. Until Sarkhan sees modern play he is worth little compared to a foil Thoughtseize.
