Pile A is worth more right now, but in the long run I would want Pile B. Thragtusl seems to have been outclassed by Boros Reckoner so he may not see as much play anymore.
Definitely pile A here for me. Although deathrite will hold more value in the future, 4 thragtusk is already higher price than 4 deathrite. Throw in the foil obedience and whoa
Pile B
Foil Student of warfare
Rest in Peace
Norns Annex
Transcendent Master
Champion of the parish
2 abrupt decay
I'd probably go for Pile B since Abrupt Decay is an awesome eternal card that should see a gradual rise in value. If you want to play RDW in standard then Pile A would be fine as well. I would just say take what you need more, which would be Pile B for me.
Unless you need the checklands or savra desperately I'd hold onto Zegana for a better offer. Plus it seems like one of those cards that will command a decent price if only because of casual/edh in the future.
The second option is much tougher. In the short term, the answer is pile B, but shamans are only going to go up so I'd personally take the shamans, especially since I'd be willing to bet we see a path reprint in MM. I don't see Urborg or Kukoshu going up much in value either. Though there might be a market for people who want to collect foils or certain artwork in the Urborg so it might go up over time.

I got Pile A in both of these so it sounds like I did well? I wasn't sure if Zegana would continue to drop in value, but I figured that the checklands will continue to be reprinted and lose value. The second one I got Shamans because I figured they are only going up from now on and I had an extra copy of Urborg.
What would be a realistic trade value offer for a Polluted Delta and a Windswept Heath? I was thinking like 5 Deathrites, 1 Snapcaster, 2 GSZ, and a few other cheaper rares, but I may need to add a little more. I haven't traded for this big of cards before.
This was a tough choice for me since typically you'd want to hold the older, higher valued card, but the shocks might go up over time... what would you take?

I'm taking the fetch, shocks still have room to go down, especially GC ones.
Modo is generally a week or two ahead of the meta game. Fair amount of lists running her.
I agree that Olivia is a riskier bet, but she might shoot up. I noticed that she didn`t see play in the Premiere events though, but lots of play in the dailies. Maybe the deck won`t be that good for larger events. I would probably still be greedy and go for the 2 Olivia over the Snapcasters.
Thoughts on this trade? I'd be getting the Domri, although I'll probably also be asking for something else small to fill in the value gap.
Pile A:
2 RtR Temple Garden
Pile B:
Domri Rade
I'd probably take the Domri just as it is, especially if you need one. If you can get something else as well, you're doing very well. Domri seems to have proved itself fairly well at the Pro Tour, and shocks should continue to drop with the Dragon's Maze printing.
4 Thragtusk
1 Blind Obedience (Foil)
Pile B:
4 Deathrite Shaman

Didn't get any replies on these from the last page and I would really like to know what people think.

EDIT: This is the initial offer I made:
Pile A
5 Deathrite Shaman
1 Snapcaster Mage
2 Green Sun's Zenith
1 Yosei, the Morning Star
2 Hellspark Elemental
1 Heritage Druid
Pile B
Polluted Delta
Windswept Heath
I'm guessing this won't get accepted exactly how it is, but how much more value should I be willing to give?

Pile B on the first one - there is nothing overly exciting or difficult to find in pile A.
Pile A on the second unless you need the bobs to play with. Reserved staple vs a card that will see a reprint at some point, possibly as soon as June.
all IMO of course

Too much, ESP since Italian is cheaper. I could see the trade with no tezz, maybe one.

I had: Foil Boros Reckoner
He had: Boros Reckoner, Olivia Voldaren, Stromkirk Noble, & Crypt Ghast
We traded... I hope I did better than he did. I got my Boros Reckoner replaced & walked away w/ a few other goodies.
I would've been very happy to get the non foil and the others for a foil any day.

I would have 2 Olivia right now, she is starting to see more play again. Longer term Snapcaster is safer.
Where? I'd pick the Snapcaster, his price is way more stable and he's a superb long-term investment. Olivia's price is mostly standard-driven.

I'm worried she finds a place in Jund or another R/B/x deck and jumps overnight (much like she has 2-3 times before).
