Most people project the Expedition fetches to see a drop as many more are opened over the course of the next few weeks/months. Those FoWs are only going to get harder to find.
That being said, at current prices that's about $200 in favor of the guy getting the fetches based on TCGPlayer's prices.
I'd only take the fetches if you can immediately sell them close enough to retail value to be ahead of what you could sell the Forces for. They are going to be plummeting due to increased supply while BFZ is being opened.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
Absolutely Not. The FoW's are as pimp as a card gets in magic. If you have an IMMEDIATE outlet for the Expeditions at a number significantly higher than retail on the Forces, that is one thing. Using the inflated numbers on TCG to justify this trade is foolhardy.
In summation.....Star Trek wins a prolonged naval battle against superior, yet less technologically advanced, numbers, with Picard leading the assault, while Kirk takes your soul by laying out Solo and probably his manservant Chewy as well, before impregnating and ditching your Princess.

I like Pile A a bit more here. Foil Marchesa's price will very slowly tick up but its price hinges on the fact that it will not be reprinted as a foil for a Commander product. Won't be this upcoming set but if I had a foil Marchesa and didn't have a Commander deck around her then I will always be looking out each time a Commander product comes out. I feel like that will destroy its price. JTMS recently got reprinted and that was for a specialty product commemorating 20 years of Magic. I don't think he will get reprinted anytime soon. I think Pile A is safer overall.
Pile A:
48 BFZ Full art Basic Lands
1 Foil BFZ Forest
Pile B:
Ob Nixilis reignited
Scatter the Winds
I have B. I think Id rather have the basic lands
Basic land packs from the fat pack are $20, so full-art lands are a quarter each. 48 of them makes $12, and a foil Forest is $7ish. Ob is currently around $16 I think? I think you're OK taking Pile A, although it's not the pile I'd take (personally, I place no value on full-art basics).

Foil Marchesa definitely makes this a reasonable consideration. I don't think that you can go wrong with either choice - Marchesa may end up as a judge foil, but she'll be hard to print in packs, and her foil already rivals nonfoil JTMS in terms of price. Then again, Jace is hard to reprint as well. So go with what you want, here.
Edit: I just checked eBay because this was bothering me, and I saw that you can straight-up BIN on JTMS for under $90, which is the range on foil Marchesa. So I'd probably lean more towards Pile B. But again, both cards are pretty solid, and Jace may take off in the short term with the Dig Through Time ban.
I like Pile A here. Deathrite Shaman is a legit Legacy card, and it's banned in Modern so it's hard to reprint in Modern Masters, the next place it might get the foil treatment. Scalding Tarn is obviously awesome, but it's also an obvious reprint target, and nonfoils will take a huge hit when (not if, WHEN) it gets reprinted. Maybe that's in two years, maybe in three or four, but it will be reprinted.
Obviously if you're building Delver NOW you gotta do what you gotta do, but for strict long-term value I like Pile A.

I don't use the Clique and the skite is an extra. Just wondering in the long run. Thanks.
Long run? Definitely Pile B. Clique isn't going down and it's really tough to print into a standard set and Spellskite is a staple sideboard card in most decks. Jace on the otherhand is inflated skyhigh between buyouts and standard, he'll drop to like 40ish at his rotation if you really want him wait till he rotates and trade a clique for it then.
Value is good. But Dredgevine isn't supposed to be about value. It's supposed to be about V-8; 2000 pounds of nitro boosted war vegetables. The more velocity, the better.

If you need the credit, $40 isn't bad. Foil KTK fetches are probably super longterm holds right now. They haven't moved at all since release.

You can't really get more by eBaying it, so that seems fine. I agree with Drew - foil fetches seem like a hold, forever, but if you want the money now, $40 is a pretty decent amount of money to get for it.

I'll take the KTK fetch over the credit unless your store has incredible deals and $40 there buys you more than $40 on TCGplayer.

All foil fetches are worth heaps. Just keep it. The pimpers have real disposable income to throw away so there's no reason to sell early and cheap unless you're desperate.

Jitte here, not even a question. Arguably the best equipment ever that's banned in Modern so it won't get a Modern Masters reprint against 4 uncommons that will crash once they get their inevitable reprint? Like Yogi Berra once said, "When you come to a fork in the road, take it."
