The card's most recent move is on right. means no movement. is a card that wasn't on the list last update. This is the update's hottest mover. (#) is price in CND incl. shipping here.
Amazingly, there are still 23 cards worth opening in a booster pack.
As MTGO redemptions increase the supply of every card in the set equally, the effect on price is also equal, and so is not observed on the tally, but on calculations of box value. Indeed, box value is down since my last update, probably by a further 5%. RTR remains the most valuable box in Standard by a longshot, of course. Movements that ARE caught on the tally are things like Ash Zealot moving up (as Gatecrash should have good Humans/Boros support), and other rares in the $4 range dropping, like Detention Sphere and Lotleth Troll. Chromatic Lantern and Rakdos look ready to fall off the tally next update, although Chromatic Lantern is an incredible card I think has a solid future in many formats.
Still nice to see a lot of cards holding value $10+ or near. Ravnica II is a solid set and (still) worth investing in in the long-run. Might be a good time to buy some low $ singles before the rest of Rav II block comes out. Who knows what will happen with Gatecrash and Dragon's Maze.

I'd say the shocks will bottom out in the next month leading up to GTC. Since we won't be drafting RTR with it I think the shocks will slowly start to grow again from there. Currently there is still plenty of RTR being opened so they might settle a tiny bit more... but either way now is a good time to be buying since they won't slide much more (if at all) in my opinion.
I likely will be investing shortly after xmas myself since funds are tight around the holidays anyway.
They seem to be about $9 or $10 right now, at the lowest, maybe $8 if you're lucky and if we're talkin the two red ones. I feel that they're about as low as they will get. If you need them for decks and you can get them now at $10 or less, you're unlikely to regret it IMO.

Which is a shame because I remember buying them for like $5 a piece (the old ones) before the jump. Naturally I didn't purchase any Hallowed Fountains then and they are of course some of the most expensive.

Been thinking about rounding out my set of RTR Shocklands for Modern/Casual/EDH. And depending on what the next few sets offer, I might go Grixis or 4 color control...
So would now be the time to finish the sets if I don't actually NEED them now or anytime real soon? How much lower can they go (before/after Gatecrash, before/after Dragon's Maze, before/after rotation)? I know no one can know for sure, but do you guys think it'll tank any harder?
Reprints the one card that people point to when saying that art objectifies women.
Well done Wizards.
Liliana does not objectify women in any way at all. We have gotten to a point in our society that every single picture of a women must be objectifying a women in some negative way......blah blah blah.. That is not the case. (((Sarcasm)))Picture of a girl drinking a milk shake, must be sex related and putting women down, picture of girl sitting on a beach, picture of a girl driving a car, picture of a girl on the moon at a new space station.)))
You have a picture of an attractive strong power women who girls dress up as for anime conventions. What more do you want? The picture is fine, happy to see a reprint. Sick of of seeing people claim that everything in existence must be putting women down. Then all I have to do is replace the word "women" with anything else to get the same mentality; fish, cats, arabs, blacks, jews, men, environment, whites, chinese, old people, etc. It doesn't matter what word I put in. Stop sucking life out of everything man. That artwork of her is awesome. Stop putting stuff down man. Just stop. If the picture was really as negative as you claim she would totally nude, in a kitchen, making sandwiches and giving blow jobs. Her abilities would be horrible as well. +1 do nothing -2 do nothing -6 do nothing. Instead liliana of the veil is an amazing planeswalker comparable to jace, the mind sculpter with great art to appreciate.
My suggestion listen to some comedy radio for a while, pandora is free, youtube is free there is something out there for you. ***** go make fun of somebody. The whole world is so serious and campaigning for some cause, or someones rights, everything is a hate crime, racist, sexist. blah blah blah.
"O no mcdonalds must be slandering a hate crime against skinny people every time they make a big mac." hahaha jeeze You're just someone perpetuating another groups negative perspective that they've made you believe is correct. Look at the picture for a hour and tell me what's wrong with it? I don't see anything.
I have heard vague rumors of a moustache-dispensing vending machine in a distant laundromat, across the street from a tattoo parlor. However, this information is shaky, and time is of the essence.
Not sure if this should be in a different thread but I was curious what people's thoughts were on the uncommons in the longer run? Typically I keep a playset of every common/uncommon and a second playset for anything I flag as being a standout (giving the rest away to people). In rare cases I keep every one I open (dismember for example). With RTR though I have opened/drafted a lot more than normal and think we have a lot of very good uncommons in this set. So which ones do people think are worth holding onto?
I'm thinking I should keep all of the charms, guildmages, and keyrunes I open. After that I've been mulling over treasured find (similar to regrowth), dreg mangler, dryad militant , judge's familiar, rakdos cackler, and ultimate price. They might be good ones to keep even more than 2 playsets of. Then there are a couple I just don't know about like Guttersnipe, Hellhole flailer, rogue's passage (could be EDH fodder down the road), phantom general (casuals love tokens etc), and syncopate. I"m thinking just two playsets of those currently.

Thoughts anyone?
None of the uncommons in RTR are on Path to Exile, Kitchen Finks, or Lingering souls level. However they will reach a couple of bucks per set in 6-9 months. The best ones are Azorius Charm, Seleysnia Charm, Izzet Charm, Rackdos Cackler, Syncopate, and Call of the Conclave.
I still need:
Blood Crypt x2
Temple Garden x2

it will take after online redemptions, there is no doubt about that. simple supply and demand. however i would be amazed if they fell below 8.
they are still very good, no matter how many of them exist.
I say pick them up now because you have to be proactive. I always think, oh i'll pick them up when they bottom out... but never end up picking them up....
Are we seeing bottom right now for prices? I'm not sure when MTGO redemptions started hitting, but it kinda looks like we have a small upswing on a lot of the "cheaper" cards in the set.
I could be mistaken but INN prices continued to fall all the way until just before AVR. But that was because DKA was so bad to open that most just kept opening INN.

Also, since DKA was a small set, it was drafted with two packs of INN. RtR, however, will not be drafted again until Dragon's Maze, and it will be only one pack.

Does anyone know if redemptions have occurred yet? I saw on a MTGO calendar it said redemption starts 1 month after release which should have been middle of Novemeber. I'm not sure how long it takes to get all that stuff out though.

Redemptions hit the market 2 weeks or so after redemptions are turned on. In this case, they should have started hitting the market about 2 weeks ago.
MTGO redemptions bring even more supply into the market:
