Thank you for that. And to enlighten further, I have (I believe) all the mana rocks. Sol ring, Chrome Mox, Mox Opal, Mana Vault and Lotus petal. My other thoughts were I could have them graded to further the aid of sale (or increase collection value) and or I could put them in a custom acrylic coffin display with the five. Do you believe its more difficult to sell the mana rocks as a set, or more enticing to a collector?
Absolutely it will be more difficult to sell them as a set. If you sell them individually, seven different people (you forgot Mana Crypt and Chromatic Lantern) will be able to splurge on one piece. If you sell them as a set, you're looking for the one person who just came into money and can afford your price, but hasn't picked up any of the individual pieces yet. Or you'll be looking at people who expect bulk discounts, which is the opposite of what you want. You can have them graded, but from what I've seen that doesn't really increase value for Inventions (not a huge sample size, though).

Buy Fatal Push or wait? They're dropping right now and I think about getting into Modern, so I could use a playset. But I don't really know if they will drop further or hit their low soon. Also, FNM promo or regular set version? The set foil is more expensive, but the other two seem to be around the same price.
At this point, the potential gain is less then $10 (it'll never be a $2 card) for a playset of ultrapremium removal cards that could be $10 each in a couple years?
Fatal Push prices:
Pack nonfoil: $4.50
Pack foil: $15
FNM foil: $6
These are all pickups right now. I'd personally go for the FNM foil (that's where my playset is). I see that version rebounding to double-digits in the next couple years. The OG pack foil is great if you're willing to drop $60 on a playset, but I am not

I have a fully playable deck of all antiquities, including lots of rarer cards...like a Mishra's workshop and one each of the factories. It'd be a pain to list out all the cards, but median worth for the entire deck is around $3k if you consider each individual card. Would this be worth more as a playable deck, or should I sell each card individually? Thanks!

You would need to part it out individually to get the best prices. The chances of someone wanting the same 60 card deck is pretty slim.
Also, condition is king with the cards and it's tough to get cards that old in good condition. Most people will want to see them in person before forking over that kind of cash.

Thanks for the response. The cards have been played a bunch, but in good shape. Just some minor wear making the very edges of the cards a bit white here and there. I understand wanting to see them in person. I may stop in to my local game shop.
