As I am in Europe on MKM they are starting at around 27 Euros.
I would need them to complete collection, not looking to play them soon. Thanks for your advice, I'll hold off for now :).
So although it's been discussed a lot, will snapcaster only go up from here, copies are currently attainable at $55 and i need to finish my playset. Will the existence of one more modern GP for the year keep them around this level, or will they fall back down as many cards do as we move into the fall and winter?

I have the option of picking up fate reforged and dragons of tarkir boxes for 70 each. Not sure if they're sealed (don't wanna get scammed on a repack) but if they are, is that a good price to pick the boxes at?
Edit: Also, is this peak price for crucible of worlds?

Snapcaster is an all-star. He's not going to drop, and will pick up steam until his eventual MM3 reprint.

What's your use case for those boxes? Crack and flip singles? No, still too high. Draft with some friends and have fun? Sure, decent price.
Is WHAT the peak price for Crucible? It's a very popular EDH and casual card. If you're just looking at TCG or eBay prices, then no, it's not the peak. Unless it gets reprinted (and it just got a judge foil), it'll keep going up.

I'm stuck wondering whether or not I should buy BFZ boxes (4-6 of them) and save them for the likely price increase.
Overall I'm most worried about difficulty in selling the boxes/boosters after they have been out for a while. I've never bought boxes specifically to save as an investment before. Thoughts? After reading articles on the set and looking at previous set history I'm confident they will go up in price, just have nerves about me.

Can you get a good deal on them? How long are you prepared to hold them?

Modern Masters 2013
Blood Moon
Blood Moon - FOIL
Arcbound Ravager x2
Engineered Explosives - FOIL
Aether Vial
Chalice of the Void
Dragon's Maze
Voice of Resurgence x2
For around 350$ in Store Credit (I don't want the hassle of dealing with Ebay and such and there's plenty of stuff I want for EDH like Mana Crypt)
Does anybody think those cards have room to grow in the near-to-mid term?
Everything is fairly bloated and probably primed for a reprint in the next modern masters. That's a pretty good chunk of SC you're getting so I reckon go for it.
On the topic of Mana Crypt I can get a regular one or the judge promo for 20$ more
The price difference has me wondering if the judge promo is one of those FTV style foils that are basically terrible
I'm a sucker for alternate art however: anybody have any insight on regular crypt vs judge promo?
I don't have them in front of me, but I don't recall the Judge promo being FTV-style. It does (IIRC) have a "DCI" stamp in the art, in yellow, which is kind of annoying. Any other particular details you'd like to get clarified?

I'm mostly wondering why the judge promo isalmost the same price... I suppose they are both very rare and demand similar but was wondering if there was anything else

Yeah, I think that it's because the original is also technically a promo printing, and is rare and hard to find. There may actually be more copies of the judge promo in existence because of how annoying the original was to get (I felt like I was the only person in my LGS who read the books, back in the day, and I was certainly the only person who clipped out the little pieces of paper and mailed them in).

Looking for an idea on a buy price on a playset of either ffb duals or unlimited or revised duals.
I'm approaching time to buy and really wanting to see what the thoughts are on the 40 and fbb seems like the best way for black board sincr beta are way way out of my price range.
Thanks

A playset of RV duals will set you back around $4,000, at least. If you want minty-fresh, you're looking at closer to $5,000. I have never seen someone selling playsets of UL or FBB duals - I'm sure that such sales have happened, but I've not gone looking for them. I'm willing to bet that supply has dried up enough that you'll have to buy them piecemeal, which is a bit of a headache. FBB Seas start at $700 and Trops at $500, FWIW. That's almost $5,000 for just the eight of them. Even FBB Plateau is a hundred bucks. Unlimited Trops are $200, and Seas are around $300-$400 depending on condition, so about half what FBB costs. I'd look at around $7,000 for UL and $9,000 - $10,000 for FBB, again, depending on condition. You may not be able to get a playset of NM UL duals without some serious work - SCG is sold out of many of them, for example.
Edit: My primary sources are eBay and TCG, but I poked at the major retailers. TLDR; if you just want a playset of duals it's pretty simple - just apply $4,000 to some guy on eBay and you can have it. If you want a NICE set, that looks unique, it will be a lot of work.

Do you need them to play Standard in the next month or two? Buy them now. Do you need them to complete a collection? Hold off.
Why do you want them, and what price are you looking at?

Seems like a good price for the 2013 version. That was the chase card from the first set, and she's pretty hard to come by.
