I was looking for trades for Candelabra, and am wondering if its value is going to stick around at 250, or if its one of those cards that is going to drop fairly quickly again, especially since the deck didnt seem to do well at the last couple Opens.
I am planning on trading 2 force and a wast if thats fair for both parties.

I've only seen them at 200 as of late, but Ebay may say otherwise. If NM is at 250, and nothing gets banned from the deck, they'll hold value (depending on how the deck does). I'm pretty sure 250 is the top end, and Force and Waste may continue to rise. It really depends if you want to play the deck or not.

Candelabra is likely to drop a little more/stablilize while Force and Wasteland continue to go through the roof. I would definitely not do this trade if I were you, because very very soon the FoW/Wastelands pile will be worth a lot more at the current rate of growth.

$200-250 is the peak price. The thing with high tide is that candlesticks at $250 already puts the barrier for who's able to play the deck. The price skyrocketed after its first results when everyone tried to build the deck. Now the barrier for entry limits both the number of people running the deck, and the people who actually intend to play high tide. It's a unique and expensive deck to pilot so most players will choose an alternaive cheaper deck.
Whereas Wastelands and FOWs are more evergreen staples in Legacy and run in multiple decks, demand will go up gradually as most decks require both.

If the deck continues to top8, the price won't continue to be a barrier.
I went ahead and traded 2 and bought 2 cause I want to play the deck and at this point, if it doesn't get banned, I can't see it dropping too far. It's played as a 3-4 of and was a VERY limited print run.
