I've ordered from mtgmintcard.com quite a few times. They've got a nice online store. 95% of the time their cards are pack-fresh mint. Delivery time was about average, 5-7 days (to Michigan).
TrollAndToad.com has been my favorite as of recent. Sometimes their cards are a little more expensive, but they blow the competition out of the water with regards to delivery time and customer service. My cards always arrive within 3 days of ordering.
ChannelFireball.com has some great prices, but I hate waiting a week or more for my cards to ship. They've also held an order of mine for 2 weeks before telling me its delayed because a card's out of stock. I usually order stuff from these guys only if it's a great deal and I'm in no rush.
Otherwise for me, I use eBay and bidwicket.com to price compare. I've had positive repeat experiences with 3rd Coast Cards and White Lion Games as well.
EDIT: Can't believe I forgot to mention merlins-games.com. Shipping is a little more (i think $3.25 because of delivery confirmation), but their singles prices are amongst the cheapest and delivery time about average.
I have to say, I was wowed by ChannelFireball's cheap preorder prices... I bit and grabbed a bunch of WorldWake commons and uncommons I needed. I mean 5 cents is a heck of a lot better than a quarter, or even a dollar for one. I ordered a week before release, got confirmation right away, and was told they would ship the monday after release. When nothing showed that week after it was supposed to be shipped, I called the next monday (two weeks at this point) and was told "we didn't have stock" on one of the cheap rares (a rare ALLY for godzsake) i ordered and that it had been sent out that day. I'm now almost a full week after that phone call (three weeks now) and nothing has shown. I don't know about you, but USPS is usually 3-4 days tops. They have credited my account for $5 for my trouble, but honestly, I don't think I'll ever use it. What would have happened if I ordered some more "popular" cards?
I once ordered a bunch of foil lands from them and had no issues at all, but I'll spend the extra money next time and buy my commons and uncommons local.
I thought I'd update... I called today to see where my order (that they said shipped last Monday) was... he said "Oh yeah, that's going out tomorrow." Needless to say I canceled my order and do not plan to shop with them again. He sounded really blase' about it "I'm sorry but we just didn't have the cards..." I ordered a bunch of uncommons/commons and like a handfull of DOLLAR rares. I'm sorry, but when people are *****ing that they keep pulling crap from this set, I don't have much sympathy. I lost out on being able to buy locally and now will have to pay premium price for saught after stuff that was undervalued.

No offense, but if you do a search on these forums for 'channel fireball' or 'bigfireball' or whatever (they have two names), you will see MANY issues where they fail to uphold preorder prices (usually claiming no stock but then bumping up the price with their stock), hold your order, don't ship on time, and are generally rude.
I can't believe the number of people that swear by them after all of the different topics over the years in these very forums.
On a side note, I was in San Jose in January and went to their shop to play FNM because it was the biggest around. They did have like 20-30 people but they prize payout and structure was total bunk in my mind (only play your pod, no top 8, pack per win and FNM card if you go 3-0). For $15 I expected a little more, though their store wasn't that bad in all reality.

(WARNING: Repeating myself from countless other similar threads)
Not all of us have had problems with them. I don't doubt that some people have had issues with their store, but I've simply offered my own experience with Channelfireball/Bigfireball in each one of these threads -- dozens of orders, not a single problem.
Heck, I've had problems with other "reputable" stores that people on here swear by...thems the breaks, I suppose. Bottom line is others can tell people not to shop there based on their own personal experience, but I'm not one of them...I've had nothing but good transactions. Take from that what you will (No, I don't work for them).

Right, I don't doubt that not everyone has problems and other people have problems with other stores. You simply just don't see multiple threads about SCG or TnT though. Heck, I've seen Ben chime in on the few SCG threads and take care of the problem himself.
So you didn't have a problem. It's just they seem to be the one store that has the biggest problem out of all the big stores and people seem to ignore that fact.

Truth be told, I've always written off the negative experiences, because as I wrote in a previous post, I had ordered NON-Preorders from them and had zero problems, fast shipping, and was quite happy with service to this point.
Also, the cards I was ordering were hardly majorly difficult to get. No mythics, no high dollar rares, no foils, just playsets of commons and uncommons and a handful of playsets of junky rares that were all under $3 a playset (Sellective Memory?). I had no reason to think they'd have to resort to ripping, as it's not like I was trying for a playset of foil Jace. If THAT were the case, I'd TOTALLY understand.
But here is the issue, not the fact they were ripping, but that he lied flat out which is bad form no matter what business. A week after order he says they would go out by the next monday. A week after that he told me the package was at the post office that very day and he sends me a shipping confirmation. A week after THAT I call back to possibly report problems or a lost package and he says "oh yeah it'll go out tomorrow." After they said over the phone it shipped and even went to the trouble of sending me a shipping confirmation? That's just bad, shady, business period. I don't care how many people have had issues, it's worth of reporting here again.
Also, just to clarify... SuperStars in San jose is NOT BigFireball. It's a completely independant seller using ChannelFireballs site as the launch point.

Did not know this. I was in San Jose for business and had to use Wizards god awful FNM locator to find stores. I asked the first shop I called who the biggest was around and he said SuperStars gets the most people so I went there. I swear when I got there I saw some stuff (whether it was swag or promotion material) referencing something like ChannelFireball so I assume it was part of their store.

Yeah, but just via Ebay. Don't think I had any problems but it was maybe 1-2 different orders.
One plus, the guy has recently registered an account here so you have at least one more way to get ahold of him if you need to.
