War of the Spark... 32 Planeswalkers... a Planeswalker in each pack... +1/+1 counters running rampant (so far on "Army" creatures). The uncommon PW's all have minus abilities so to keep them relevant, some proliferate action will need to happen quite often. Inexorable Tide should see a bump- especially foiled ones.
I see cards w/ the Proliferate Keyword jumping. I can imagine Atraxa, Praetors' Voice going bonkers. To anyone who already owned a copy, smart move kid! For those who still are searching for one, better get it now because that window is closing quickly. Supplies are already dry, but we're goin' from Mojave Desert dry to Death Valley dry faster that you can say "shrivel"...
Planeswalker-centric cards have been on the rise since WAR's gimmick was released. The Chain Veil, Oath of Nissa, stuff like that. Atraxa is $45 at this point, so I'd say she's already gone bonkers. Looks like it's ramped up since early March, so not a spike but more organic demand. Honestly, I expect this to be mostly all organic demand. Maybe some foils will spike from buyouts, but this smells like "Hey, I like that strategy, I'd better buy into it before it gets too expensive!"

Oh, I know Atraxa already went up through organic demand. I just see the price going really big during Rumor Season, as now we really have an idea of what is in store. I don't think anyone expected the uncommon walkers to be designed how they are or that there would be a lot of play w/ +1/+1 counters. Other cards that manipulate said counters might also see an uptick.
Sliver Queen seems like another spike, for the same reasons (I was going to use her as my Superfriends general, and then Atraxa got printed). Some people really want all five colors. Some people just want to throw their opponents for a loop. And some people just like 2: create a 1/1 token.

Some people like to buy reserve list cards that have a high casual appeal.
Sliver queens price has almost nothing to do with Planeswalkers in any capacity.
It’s price is a direct result of popularity of slivers. And the fact that it can’t be reprinted.
Rings of bright hearth is a card that spiked because of this set.
Sliver Queen is the best 5C Superfriends commander. She's been ticking up lately, but had a pretty solid rise over the last month. Yes, she's absolutely a good card to have in general because she's RL and a casual/EDH favorite, but her latest activity is due to WAR.

Rings of Brighthearth is a good call, though.
