All over the city men in armor, emblem of the Boros Legion on their clothing and armor, hang parchments on the buildings, at easily visible places. On each is the same text, written in large red letters:
We of the boros guild seek two mages who can help us out, we have little time and no men to spare. If you are interested you will find an officer on the square in front of House Benalia in the center of the city. Further instructions will be given by this officer.
- The Boros Legion Council
Mages on this quest (level cap 2):
1. Erin/Nai 2. Arthos/DeeJus
OOC: ok, Nai, DeeJus, if you're ready let's do this.
There are no clues to be found on the way, but a ten minute walk you reach a place completely closed of by Boros guards. After speaking a few words with some collegues the officer leads you through the barricades and onto a part of a street, there, in the middle lie the bodies of two, very dead looking, Boros guards. The Boros officer turns to the pair of you "I haven't introduced myself yet, my name is Ragos. What are your names?"
I'm Arthos, and this is . . .
His voice trails off as his head turns to the Kitsune, his hand outstretched to the side, palm up to introduce her.
Well, sir . . . She's a mute, or so I've gathered. So I'm actually quite unsure of her name.
Erin nods to Ragos before going over to the bodies. Yes, very dead looking. But what else do they look like? The mime slowly looks over them. Looking for clues there, squatted.
The two guards where young, each bore marks of being stabbed and slashed at by swords, their clothes and armor where covered in dried-up blood. Their weapons where missing. Ragos approaches Erin and grabs her shoulder, not rude, he didn't wanted to hurt her, to turn her around to face him "What's your name Kitsune? Or better, where are your papers?"
The kitsune had barely looked at the two guards before she was grabbed and spun. She blinked as she was turned before patting her coat. Then pulling out a few papers. She points at her name at the top. Erin.
"So it's Erin then? Very well." Ragos says, then turns to Arthos "Arthos, if you could come here and take a look at the two bodies too and listen to me everything would be fine ... and Erin, you listen too." he said, almost ordered, he then waited for Arthos to join Erin and him.
"Good, as you can see these two where killed by swords, but we've investigated the wounds more closely and the strange thing is ... the wounds are made by a sword like this ..." he said as he unsheated his own sword to show it.
"Yes." Ragos says, understanding Erin "It seems as if our own men killed them, but that cannot be, for every Boros sees the other guild members as his or her brothers and sisters. As their comrades. No Boros would ever kill their own kin."
"The strange thing, Erin, is that there where six Boros guards on the mission and we found only two bodies, so the question is where are the other four? Also, six Boros guards won't be catched of guard easily."
Erin nods. So they're missing. She tilts her head a little and then holds up four fingers once more, acts as if she's putting on a costume and mask, then acts like she's sneaking around. Moving behind Arthros and making a movement as if she's stabbing him in the back.
The kitsune shakes her head. She moves over next to Ragos. She mimes beating him over the head, undressing him, then redressing in his uniform. Then repeats the skulking around and stabbing Arthros in the back.
OoC: Sorry, band camp takes a lot out of me. Just because I'm not posting doesn't mean I'm not doing anything.
Arthos ponders the situation, and begins mumbling to himself. "So, there is no way they could have been taken by surprise . . . But what if . . . No . . ." His voice raises slightly
"Is it possible that their swords were bewitched?"
"It could be, but it would take a very powerful mage to come near unnoticed and cast a very difficult spell on 6 guards ... the biggest quest is just, where are the other four?"
Erin looks curiously at the two bodies, then looks around. If the other four guards are good, they probably got hurt, so there should be a... Wait a second.
She looks up at their escort, tilts her head. She points at him, the two bodies, then entwines the first and middle finger of her right hand. Brothers, right?
OOC: ok, Nai, DeeJus, if you're ready let's do this.
Arthos follows slowly behind the guard, being sure to take in his surroundings. He is still new to the city, and everything can be a clue.
My helpdesk should you need me.

What is it sir?
My helpdesk should you need me.

OOC: after this let's wait for DeeJus to respond.
