Was wondering about some of the story, like the Phyrexians stuck on Mirrodan and only being a risk when they get loose. What are the chances of Phyrexian planeswalkers? Or is there something against it?
Since you're born with the Spark, seems that at some point during the compleation the phyrexians overseeing the process would detect it. Anyone's guess as to what happens next.
Story wise, it has been outright stated Phyrexians cannot have the Spark. This is because the Spark prevents Phyrexianization and will reverse the process as was shown when Venser gave his Spark to Karn. The Phyrexian Oil cannot affect those with the Spark, awakened or not. Karn was already infected prior to receiving his spark, he gained consciousness when a Phyrexian Heartstone was implanted in him. He's weird in that he was an artificial planeswalker. When the corruption took hold, he lost his ability to planeswalk.
There are no Phyrexian planeswalkers and never will be unless theres a big retcon. They have studied walkers in the past and given the opportunity would gladly vivisect one to see if they can use the Spark in some way.

Um, wasn't part of the New Phyrexia story line that a mirran gave the planeswalkers a way to resist phyrsis?
Also, you misunderstand Kharn, he had oil on him, but didn't get corrupted till he sacrificed his spark.
Melira, Sylvok Outcast was a bargaining piece for Ezuri, Renegade Leader. She could resist the Phyresis. Since Karn's Spark was a transplant...I guess they decided the fact that it wasn't an inborn Spark meant that phyresis could overwhelm it.
I don't recall that having a spark prevents a planeswalker from succumbing to phyresis. The vedalken Tezzeret met upon arriving on Mirrodin claimed the injection he gave Tezzeret prevented phyresis.
Phyrexians, before the Invasion, could not have sparks because they were not born and had no soul--they were grown in vats and compleated. Now, however, if Glissa had maintained her spark (for example), she could have become a compleated Phyrexian and, possibly, ascended. So, if a native Mirran has a spark and is compleated, we could see a Phyrexian planeswalker. However, for those Phyrexians who are grown, I wouldn't expect one. Further, I don't anticipate we would officially get a Phyrexian planeswalker within continuity--if WotC wants a Phyrexian 'walker, they could use Tezzeret, but I think Phyrexians are more scary when they are a mass of soldiers, not a single lord. Yawgmoth was terrifying because of the force of the plane behind him and that he couldn't get the spark he so desired.

This is still true. Compleated Mirrans make up the lowest rung of Phyrexian society and MOST of them end up going into the slurry that the vat grown are decated from.
However, they won't go the route of compleating a Mirran planeswalker because we already have Koth and the Mirran population is miniscule. For there to be another planeswalker available for it would be... preposterous.
Tezzeret is also not a viable option because he's very much an outsider in the hierarchy. Virtually every praetor wants him dead for being an interloper and with Elesh Norn ascendant, Tezzeret has likely booked it out, having failed his mission.

The spark, as stated, does not prevent Phyresis. The lack of physical embodiment is what protected the oldwalkers.
Venser transferred his immunity he gained from Melira to Karn, along with some other stuff.
As to the Phyrexian heartstone... bad retcon is SO BAD. The heartstone was a solid crystal matrix, the idea that there was oil in it is... still really stupid. He, however, wasn't corrupted until he gave up the spark because it mode locked him into a physical form.
Since most Phyrexians tend to not be alive in a basic sense, no. However, despite being outlandish, an outsider 'walker COULD align themselves with Phyrexia. Though, that'd be incredibly improbable. Though it'd be kinda cool to see.

Honestly a phyrexian planeswalker would be neat maybe a multicolored but with phyrexian mana a mirradan who was in the process of being converted but was incomplete physically phyrexian but minus the conquering mentality rather to learn and assimilate other technology to improve itself and maybe new phyrexia as a whole in terms of it's physical body i'd imagin it being chameleon like adapting to suit it's surroundings or based on personal preference; at least that's how I imagine it. Of course there'd be more to it then that but that would be interesting to see.
The process of becoming a phyrexian involves death meaning it's impossible for an actual phyrexian to have a spark. Could a planeswalker align themselves with the Phyrexians? Why not? One took Baron Sengir around the multiverse to spread his plague so why not the phyrexians too? Of course that's allowing that the phyrexians could resist compleating their planeswalker ally which is unreasonably unlikely.
On the topic of the spark granting immunity. That is a rumor that had circulated on this site a lot without anyone ever backing it up. While all of the walkers who came in contact with the phyrexians obtained immunity in some way, Melira for the good guys and for the bad guy a questionable injection that could have been melira's blood considering they had her imprisoned and were harvesting her for experimentation.
