I would guess that his artifacts are 5/5 since the AoW made its effect "last", but I dont know. I heard something about rulings about Timestamps, which had something to do with playing Humility and Opalescence.
You have two continuous effects trying to do the same thing (set a creature's P/T to certain values), so they apply on the same sublayer. There is no dependency on this layer (Antiquities War's "become creatures" effect is on another layer). So yes, this goes by timestamp order, the effect with the most recent timestamp will be applied later and, in this case, "overwrite" the other.
Overwhelming Splendor's static ability's timestamp is the moment Splendor started enchanting the player.
The Antiquities War's Chapter 3 ability is actually a triggered ability. Its timestamp is the moment the ability resolved.
As War's ability resolved while Splendor was already on the battlefield, it has the most recent timestamp. The artifact creatures will be 5/5.

Lets say I got a Overwhelming Splendor in play, I pass the turn to my opponent. He got a The Antiquities War for the third turn. What happens now?
