When a creature reaches 0 toughness, does it still deal damage?
For example, this guy on MWS had a whole army of 46 goblin tokens with 1/1, and I had a caltrop. If they all attack at once, and their toughness becomes zero, do their damage still go through and then die later, or die first and I take no damage?
Second question:
If I declared my blocker, and THEN the guy uses incinerate on my blocker, my blocker dies, does the attacker now get the damage through into me? Because he had this effect "if dealt damage to player, do X", but I thought that he would target my dead blocker instead of me?
You should probably ask rules questions in the Rulings section next time.
Caltrops doesn't reduce toughness, it deals damage. Damage doesn't reduce toughness, it simply marks damage on a creature and that creature will die if the marked damage equals or exceeds the creature's toughness. However, in your scenario, either effect would prevent you from taking damage. Combat Damage is dealt in the Combat Damage step, and a 1/1 attacking into Caltrops will die as soon as the Trops' triggered ability resolves, which is in the Declare Attackers step. Creatures don't "stick around" for a while after they're destroyed.
For your second question, not unless the attacker had trample. Once a creature is blocked, it will stay blocked for the rest of combat, with extremely few exceptions. A creature that is blocked will simply deal damage to the creature(s) blocking it, and if nothing is actually blocking it when the Combat Damage step begins, the attacking creature will deal no damage. If your opponent wants to clear the way for their attackers, they need to remove potential blockers before blocking is declared. And combat damage doesn't target, FYI.

Either the way it is shown on Duels of the Planeswalkers or it is the very common mistake most new players make where they think all damage reduces toughness.

704.3. Whenever a player would get priority (see rule 116, "Timing and Priority"), the game checks for any of the listed conditions for state-based actions, then performs all applicable state-based actions simultaneously as a single event. If any state-based actions are performed as a result of a check, the check is repeated; otherwise all triggered abilities that are waiting to be put on the stack are put on the stack, then the check is repeated. Once no more state-based actions have been performed as the result of a check and no triggered abilities are waiting to be put on the stack, the appropriate player gets priority. This process also occurs during the cleanup step (see rule 514), except that if no state-based actions are performed as the result of the step's first check and no triggered abilities are waiting to be put on the stack, then no player gets priority and the step ends.
704.5f If a creature has toughness 0 or less, it's put into its owner's graveyard. Regeneration can't replace this event.
704.5g If a creature has toughness greater than 0, and the total damage marked on it is greater than or equal to its toughness, that creature has been dealt lethal damage and is destroyed. Regeneration can replace this event.
Since priority is passed State-based Actions check. After Caltrops deals its 1 damage to all of the 1/1 tokens they would have lethal NON-COMBAT damage dealt to it and would be put into the graveyard as state based actions are checked.

Thanks for the actual answers! I finally get it now, thanks!

Because I thought that damage would reduce toughness eventually.
