It depends on which was in play first. If Humility was on the battlefield first, then all non-aura enchantments would have power/toughness equal to their converted mana cost. On the other hand if Humility was on the battlefield second, then all non-aura enchantments would be 1/1's. This happens due to time stamp order, the one with the latest time stamp will determine what the power and toughness of the enchantments are.
Note - Since Opalescence states that it's other non-aura enchantments, the opalescence would not be a creature.
Opalescence + Humility in play causes the world to explode, lol.
I gave this some further thought and got to a very weird conclusion, please confirm if you can.
Opalescence type changing effect happens in layer 4.
then Humility ability taking away effect happens in layer 6, which takes away the abilities of all creatures, including Humility itself.
then, in layer 7B both effects will try and set the P/T to appropriate values, whichever card comes into play last will "win", so if humility is the most recent one, then all creatures are 1/1s without abilities (including Humility).
they are only 1/1s because of the ruling:
613.5. If an effect should be applied in different layers and/or sublayers, the parts of the effect each apply in their appropriate ones. If an effect starts to apply in one layer and/or sublayer, it will continue to be applied to the same set of objects in each other applicable layer and/or sublayer, even if the ability generating the effect is removed during this process.
Interestingly enough, if another creature enters the battlefield after those two, then it's not affected by Humility, because Humility does not have that ability as it has been taken away by the ability itself!
Also, if you play another enchantment, then it'll be affected by Opalescence and not by Humility.
damn...
