No you can not. Journey to Nowhere's ETB trigger has to target the creature and Phyrexian Crusader has protection from white which prevents it from being targeted.
When dealing with protection remember DEBT:
Damage
Enchanted
Blocked
Targeted
A creature that has protection can't be dealt damage, enchanted, or targeted by the color they have protection from, nor can they be blocked by a creature of that color.
Protection from white means, among other things, that it can't be targeted by abilities from white sources.
(the difference between this and the situation with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is that Emrakul specifically has protection only from colored spells, not from abilities).
No. PC has protection from white, so he isn't a legal target for JtN's ability.
You may be confused because of Emrakul, the Aeons Torn; Emmy only has protection from (colored) spells, but in this case, an ability does the targeting.
That's exactly what got me thinking. Thanks for clearing that up, everyone.

A wise man talks when he has something to say. A fool talks because he has to say something.

Lightning Bolts don't kill creatures. State-based actions kill creatures.
