I want to better understand the ordering of triggered abilities when multiple abilities trigger at the same time.
For instance, this came up recently in an ALA/CON/ARB draft when a Blister Beetle gave a Jund Sojourners -1/-1 until end of turn, and a 1/1 Rockslide elemental attacked, only to be blocked by the 2/1 Jund Sojourners. After first strike damage, the Jund Sojourners is sent to the graveyard and both abilities trigger on the same event.
What order do the abilities go onto the stack or rather, which should resolve first?
On the same topic, I was wondering about a resolved Warp World bringing back creatures with "enters the battlefield" abilities on both players' battlefields would present a similar situation. Since the abilities all trigger at the same time, and are controlled by two different players, in what order do they get put onto the stack?
When multiple triggered abilities trigger simultaneously, they wait until just before a player would get priority to go on the stack. When this happens, the active player (the player whose turn it is) puts triggered abilities he controls on the stack in an order of his choosing. Each other player (in turn order) does the same.

603.3b. If multiple abilities have triggered since the last time a player received priority, each player, in APNAP order, puts triggered abilities he or she controls on the stack in any order he or she chooses
So since it's the Rockslide Elemental's controller's turn, the Rockslide ability goes on the stack first, then the Jund Sojourners. The Sojourner's ability will resolve first, dealing 1 damage to the Elemental (probably) and kill it before its trigger can resolve.

Same situation, active player's triggers go on the stack in an order of their choosing first, followed by the non active player(s in turn order).
Let me get one thing straight with you. When Condor and an official ruling disagree, 50% of the time the official ruling gets reversed later. The other 50% of the time, the rules get clarified/changed to make the ruling right when it really wasn't before.

the active player (who's turn it is) put his triggered abilities on the stack first in any order, and then the non-active player (who's turn it isn't) puts his abilities on the stack in any order on top of the active players abilities. then the abilities begin to resolve one at a time, so the non-active player's abilities resolve first, and then the active player's.
the same thing goes for multiple creatures coming into play from a warp world.
Okay, thanks a lot. Several other players around at that draft were under the impression that the active player ordered all triggered abilities, including the opponent's, and could thus order the abilities in his/her favor.
So this would have played out differently if it had been played correctly.
