You'll need to counter Demigod if you want to stop him from coming into play.
You'll need to counter Demigod's triggered ability if you want to stop his friends in the 'yard from coming into play (no matter how many there are).
I am loathe to say it, but MajoraX answered everything you need to know from a rules standpoint. If you need a way to deal with Demigod of Skill, try the Standard forums or Magic General.

Just to perhaps make the explaination a little clearer, the copies of Demigod that get returned from the yard never get played or put on the stack, and so can never be countered. Only the original Demigod and the ability can be countered, just like MajoraX said.

If your question is "What would a judge do is this situation?", only one person's answer is relevant, and that is the Head Judge at your event. I can quote the rules, but I don't know your HJ.

If my opponent plays demigod, with 2 others in the 'yard, how can i counter them?

Doing one won't stop the other.
So would i need something like stifle?
So in standard there is nothing you can do?
