I hate the sound of cards hitting the inside of my current box so I want to buy a box that holds 60 or 120 dragonshield sleeved cards nice and snuggly. Nothing premium since right now I only have one good deck and an assortment of 100-200 random cards and I'm trying to build more of a collection.
I use the plain white cardboard 200ct card storage boxes (approximately $0.60 each at my LGS) for my EDH decks (double or triple sleeved), and they fit perfectly fine. The double-sleeved EDH decks have a few centimeters of additional space in the box, so 2 double-sleeved 60-card decks should fit (it might be tight), and it'll definitely fit if you're only single-sleeving. My oldest one is getting close to 10 years old at this point, and still holds together.
If that's not the right size, there are also 100ct storage boxes which snugly fit a single-sleeved EDH deck, and should probably fit a double-sleeved 60-card deck fine.
For bonus points, the entire thing is white cardboard, so it's really easy to write or draw whatever you want on the outside to identify it (and you can even use white-out if you feel the need).
