If you can give me a ratio of how big they should be to each other that would be good. An example of a ratio would be stating which card is at 1:1, let's say Wurmcoil Engine. Then let us assume Lodestone Golem is half the size of wurmcoil so it would be 2:1, meaning Lodestone would be half the size to Wurmcoil Engine. Another one, say grim monolith is three times alrger then wurmcoil, so write as 1:3.

Lodestone Golem and Chalice of the Void both have humanoids in the art (presumably roughly the size of a human), giving a sense of scale. Lodestone is somewhere in the neighborhood of 15', while Chalice is closer to 2'.
Grim Monolith is a building, with several smokestacks present. The towers are not connected in the art, meaning either the picture is only showing the tip of the structure, or the structure continues underground. You can also see what appear to be windows on the main structure; judging by the flavor text which calls it a prison, I think we can assume those windows are not large enough to fit a person through. (Assuming the intended prisoner(s) are human-sized.) That would make the Monolith dozens of stories tall at least.
Darksteel Colossus (and by extension Blightsteel Colossus) is inspired by The Iron Giant or fantasy like it, at least partially. As such, I would suggest Blightsttel Colossus is at least 4 stories tall.
Metalworker is standing next to a book, and you can see a table leg in the background. It's going to be a few inches tall.
While they're difficult to see, Kuldotha Forgemaster has a number of goblins at its feet. Forgemaster should be somewhere in the same neighborhood as Lodeston Golem, but as the flavor text indicates, it's perfectly willing to take bits of itself and use them for forging, potentially making the Forgemaster smaller over time.
Wurmcoil Engine (and its tokens) appears to be depicted somewhere within the Tangle, which make sense: wurms are a traditionally green creature, and the Tangle is the green region of Mirrodin. Assuming that's true, the wurms are easily as wide around as one of the Tangle's "trees". Call it 10' in diameter for the Wurmcoil. A quick hands-free estimate from that puts the Wurmcoil upwards of 70' long.
That leaves Trinisphere, with no reference in the art, and nothing useful in the FtV version's flavor text. I'm not aware of Trinisphere(s) popping up in the storyline, so I can't offer any guesses.
I'm not at all sure about Trinisphere as I've never seen it depicted next to anything for reference, but I'd guess it's something close to the orbs in Omen, Static Orb or Zuran Orb. It's a bit of a stretch, but the artist that made Trinisphere also did the core set version of naturalize, there's an orange orb being destroyed there, that could be a trinisphere I guess, if so, that looks about basket ball sized to me.
Also, Lithl gave you some really good answers I think!
