All of them affect everyone in different ways to different degrees, and generating a list of cards that do that would take time and require knowledge of what types of effects you want to have on the game.
This is intentional. I don't have any particular strategic goal or even format in mind. I am just looking to expand my mind aimlessly to try and stimulate new deck building ideas and get a better feel for the borders of the possible cardspace.
To be slightly more specific: I am looking for cards that change things that would normally be considered basic structural or procedural gameplay rules/guidelines. So wrath of god is less what I'm looking for: nobody assumes that creatures will remain on the board / there's no rule that implies that. Whereas trinisphere is more along the lines of what I was asking for -- one MIGHT by default tend to assume that the casting cost of something will indeed be its casting cost / that casting cost has fairly definite meaning in game rules.
Stasis: no untap step.
Eon Hub: no upkeep step.
Necropotence: no draw step, for you.
Combine those and your first step with priority is the main phase. Other favorites:
Trinisphere/Nether Void- that Mox, Force of Will etc. now costs six mana to cast.
I don't recall the name of that black artifact with Lich-like properties, but give it to your opponent, Tormod's Crypt their graveyard, and Bolt them.
That blue mythic rare creature that gets you two card draws for every one your opponent takes is great in multiplayer, if you survive the hate.
EDH is like French fries: some people like waffle cut, crinkle cut, or plain old straight cut, and while there's slight flavor difference and personal preference, at the end of the day they're still fries.
Examples:
Mycosynth Lattice
Zur's Weirding
But I'm sure there are dozens. It's an intangible property that you can't really search for online with just keywords, hence a thread instead.
Thanks!

Thanks for your various answers.
I don't always post about Rafiq of the Many, but when I do, I cardlink to the original artwork, and not the supplementary product version.
