I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to put it but I have 3 Zameck Guildmage with 3 different intensity of blue/purple color.
According to the pictures on the internet the middle one is not a missprint while the left one is slightly more purple-ish while the right one looks like they ran out of blue... lol.
Sorry for the low quality scan, but it's good enough to notice the difference in color, especially on the "wings".
Anyone else got purple Zameck Guildmages? Interested if this is a common missprint.
- Innistrad printings had more color saturation on english printings than the ones in portuguese (I can't specify which printings they were);
- Return to Ravnica printings in portuguese could be easily recognized just by analyzing the color. The ones I picked after prerelease had lighter colors, while the newer ones had more paint than the former.
It happens all the time. I guess every sheet are different, if you can analyze properly.

Nothing. All I want is Heroes vs. Monsters spoilers.
I am seeing common and perfectly normal color variations here. Mixed color fields have the widest range of variability, ie. swaths of purple will look off if the blue or the red are off. There are good examples in every set. Off the top of my head, this is most reminiscent of Mishra's War Machine which commonly ranged from navy blue to lavender.
Many people don't notice because, really, how often are you looking at dozens of copies of the same card from different places in the print run?
