So I have a pretty solid binder setup as is (color->cost->alphabetical) that I like, however I just recently got into Standard, so I haven't memorized which cards are and aren't in standard, and frankly I don't want to, so is there some way to mark them in the binder so I can tell what is or isn't standard? I'd rather not do something to the pages, because when cards are added i have to move the marks. any suggestions?
They are already marked by the expansion symbols on their right. Standard only has a maximum of 7 symbols in it at any given time (oh, sometimes very briefly 8). Print a sheet of printer paper with those 7 symbols to remind you.
Another method would be using your sleeves as an indicator. Buy colored sleeves, preferably Dragon Shields, and coordinate set via the color of the sleeve the card is in. So as you flip through your binder, you'll see clearly which are the purple-sleeved cards, and know those are standard cards. Sleeving them inside the binder pocket also gives added protection and means when you take them out to play with them, they are already sleeved, so you save time.
I know the set symbols (i actually memorized those) the issue is cards that I need to check for reprint (ie pacifism reprinted, but condemn did not) I was thinking about the dry-erase method, however if I get a card that comes before condemn, it moves, then I have to move the mark, which, i guess isn't to big of a deal, but maybe I should use a little slip of paper folded over the top edge of the card, marking it as "Not Playable" idk
Another idea would simply be to keep 2 folders. One folder for standard, one for non-standard. As standard rotates out, you moved the binder sheets into the non-standard folder.

Yeah if for some reason you can't keep track of the legality of the cards in your own binder, I would take this advice and have two folders.

But seriously, it's not that hard to keep track.
