1st: Don't buy paint unless you actually plan on using the cards as a canvass (and even then, I recommend painting on an actual canvass, scanning it into your computer, and then using Magic Set Editor to create the card).

2nd: Find some Blank Poker Cards. Here's the cheapest I could find.
3rd: Use Magic Set Editor to create the card itself. Scan in your art, and put it to the right scale for what you want.
