It’s a maro “maybe :)” response for a colorless commander precon
And you know the drill with these not all the time but quite a bit of the time he does this it usually happens
Also I did gain a recent speculation that ugin, the ineffable might be a foreshadowment of a future colorless focused thing coming since there’s only 9 cards in war of the spark that interact with that static ability
Plus a pre-spark ugin is a highly requested card and maybe a non reserve list pre-spark Karn as well and also because of the biz block and eldritch moon probably a colorless commander with the ability “you can play with cards with devoid and emerge” and “waste you control have t Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast a spell with devoid and/or emerge”
And foreshadowed cards has Ben done before like edgar Markov there were barely any white vampires and Ixalan was a tribal focused set and orzhov vampires was a thing and quite a bit were white that have vampire tribal support

Maybe is neither a confirmation nor a denial. It doesn't mean anything other than perhaps. It is a neutral response that doesn't spoil.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
If they do one, it will likely be matched by a WUBRG deck so each color gets at least two decks. I could see a creature Ugin as the face, but I also want for him to get a creature-planeswalker DFC like Bolas did in M19. And who would the other two mythics be? Karn could be one of them, but the third?

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

It's unlikely they'll do a DFC card in a commander deck.

True, but i guess it was unlikely to see DFCs in non booster products, but they made some in this year Challenger decks. I think sooner or later they will do they in commander products but would not bet on it to be soon.
I think DFC are not in premade deck I think due to some issue with how they make double face cards. I remember a bunch similar things they said they couldn't do during Innistrad but as we got to Magic Origins, SoI, M19 and Ixalan we saw how the printing technology has let them do new things with DFC.
And I think its only a matter of time before they do a colorless one. They been trying to branch out what each color/color combos can do and so far for colorless its artifact and eldrazi so hopefully they can find another archetype for it to play in.

It's an interesting idea to try and give colorless a better identity outside of artifacts and drazi, I'd be all for it but what would it be ? Off the top of my head the only ideas I can come up with is punishing colours (similar to the new ugin) or giving them a higher focus on Exile and exile matters similar to Eternal Scourge, but neither sound terribly deep on the surface.
Hmm... one small problem with doing a colorless deck is that it becomes impossible to do secondary commanders.
While Wizards has thrown out a lot of commanders in the last two years that don’t quite meet the full color identity of the deck (Xantcha, Varchild, Wasitori, Arixmathes, Ninja Girl, both versions of Taigam, and that white equipment cat)... you really can’t do that with colorless as there’s nothing to take away.
Conversely, the mana base might also be a problem. Using all nonbasics would drain value away from the rest of the deck and giving players a way to pick up whole bunch of wastes would similarly risk driving up the demand through the roof as they’re currently (at least) twice as valuable as any other form of basic land.
Neither of these are HUGE problems but I just wanted to point out that there are some challenges here.
Maybe push for more land-matters stuff? Ooh, how about a legendary Sphinx artifact creature with an Arixmethes-esque clause that makes it a Desert land?

Another problem with a true color deck (ie like the Eldrazi Titans, not devoid) is balancing the new colorless cards, as they have the potential to appear in any deck they are legal in. The issue here is making the cards with powerful effects so that people want to play and use them without making them either too strong or too narrow.

Currently Playing:
Standard - Some kind of control
Modern - UB Mill (casual)
EDH - Meren's Grave Shenanigans
What's the advantage of a pure colorless deck when the only things you can use to upgrade it (at the moment) are literally only SOME eldrazi cards and SOME artifacts and lands that could already be played in literally any other colored deck with the advantage of having other colors to use?
EDIT: how can a single shot commander deck create a brand new archetype for colorless where there is almost no support for it around?

Good thing there is a basic land that produces colorless mana then. Wastes.
