With creeping chill spoiled it has me wondering if this is a hint at a mechanic to come. Not necessarily a free spells when cards get put into the graveyard from the library, but perhaps spells with a Madness-like cost that can be paid when discarded from the library?
I think it would almost feel like the Miracle mechanic crossed with Madness, the cost would not be limited to one spell per turn like the miracle cost is, but the player has to put in the extra work self-milling to trigger the cost.

If they were planning such a mechanic beyond the scope we've already seen - why would they spoil it by making the same kind of cards without the mechanic? How often do you see a card with an unnamed mechanic that lets you cast it after discarding it shortly before you get a set release that includes madness? If anything the cards are evidence that to them the mechanical space is limited to a subtheme of a guild and not worth being explored as its own mechanic that gets a separate spot.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
