Since Guilds of Ravnica is to have allied Shock Lands and Ravnica Allegiance is to have Enemy Shock Lands, (it would be crazy for WotC not to print them again) then what is the third set going to have? Bolt Lands? Three Colors that comes into play tapped unless you pay three life?
I don't think it would be Fetchlands reprinted with Shocks. My understanding is that WotC (Maro?) considers it a mistake to do so.
So what are the new lands going to be like?
I honestly can't see a three set cycle that fails to top the Ravnica Shock Lands. They need to have something enticing and not utter garbage for the third set.
If they do really give us all 10 shocks (I hope they don't for a few reasons, but lets assume they do), then most likely there won't be any rare cycle of lands in the third set. There won't really be a need for them since we will have all 10 shocks and the Buddy Lands from Ixalan.
Or, they could do what they did in Dragon's Maze and just print the 10 shock lands in the land slot along with tap lands for fixing in Limited.

I absolutely believe they'll reprint the 10 Shocks. 5 allies in the first and enemies in the second. My reasoning is the last two Ravnicas were released with Shocks. How angry and dissapointed will the community be if we revisit Ravnica a third time sans Shocks? I have a lot of other reasons but this is the biggest. If they don't put in Shocks, then this isn't Ravnica.
This brings to bear my final point. It be an astronomical mistake not to do something huge in the third set. Whatever WotC has planned, having Ravnica close with a whimper would be mistake.
MaRo has already confirmed that Ravnica Allegiances will have the remaining five shocklands, AND that the third set will not have shocklands like Dragon's Maze did.
I doubt that the third set will have duals given that they only really want about one full cycle per year to keep standard from being over-inundated with fixing.
