Given the story, we might see a Nahiri vs Sorin deck. What would comprise these decks? Nahiri could be RW Equipment and maybe have Eldrazi. Sorin would just be Vampires.

I don't know that we'd actually get this - THS block had a perfect setup for a planeswalker duel deck, Elspeth vs Xenagos, and we got Elspth vs Kiora. I'll be impressed if we get Sorin vs Nahiri.
If we do, Nahiri will have some Madness cards, maybe a Squee, and definitely one or two top-end "boom, I win the game" cards. Bane of Bala Ged, perhaps, or Pathrazer of Ulamog. An original Titan would work best with its "reshuffle upon discard" ability, but there's zero percent chance they'd put a second mythic of that caliber in a duel deck.
Sorin will have a lot of white stall cards like Ghostly Prison and Windborn Muse. Stuff that keeps both players alive until he can drop and then ult.

I don't think that will happen since Nahiri is in sutch demand right now. I can see Mysteries/Humans/Monsters vs The madness/Angels/Eldrazi horrors. Or some twist of that type.

That would just be a remake of Blessed vs. Cursed and we just had that
I'm not so sure Nahiri's focus would be on Equipment in this case. She's been focusing more on manipulating stone into structures and attack spells. The stone needles she used to immobilize Sorin reminds me of Jaws of Stone.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
That's not a bad suggestion, but the flavor's off since you can't chain Sorin himself.
Sorin and Evil!Nahiri are two of the more frustrating Planeswalkers to build around as half their colors feel like they have hardly any fitting cards for the character. WB cards like Tithe Drinker and Harsh Sustenance fit Sorin perfectly, but what monowhite cards are you supposed to put in there? A bunch of creature token cards just because? And if Nahiri's own card favored Equipment more, I'd certainly love a RW Equipment theme, but she wants some strange combination of earth magic and Madness, which RW is not well-equipped to support. I guess you can also build around her ability to punish tapped artifacts and creatures, but there are few artifact tapping cards and Sorin's deck doesn't lean toward a whole bunch of rocks and robots.
I could actually see a Jace vs. Liliana deck being easier to build, and as a bonus it pits the block's two most notable PWs against each other. Only problem is that by the time it would come out, most everyone would have gotten acclimated to Liliana being part of the Gatewatch, making a duel between her and Jace feel awkward.

Another thing Nahiri would need is some kind of redirection that she pulled in the story against Sorin. It can be damage redirection like Deflecting Palm or something like Wild Ricochet.
