arguable the most agreed from all of us and from other communities across the internet and lgs discussions that this is the most unbannable card, plus it’s no different to cards like expropriate and Ctaerhoof behemoth of ending games.
Gavin did give this as a example of being okay in the game changers list (bracket 4-5) and again just like Biorhythm no different to any other game ender cards for two more examples omniscience and Torment of hailfire
I think commanders also work as game changers like Tegrid and Yuriko which are on it for that reason will likely be the key to finally liberate OG braids from the ban list (warning still likely to see the T2 dark ritual then land for braids cast.)
this is likely way to slow in todays commander (same reason we don’t see protean hulk like we used to even before flash was banned.) and two changer rules actually gets rid of the reason it was banned in the first place.
and those rule is “no chaining extra turns” and “late game two cards infinites” your automatic a bracket 4-5 if you put even one extra turn spell with the mirror in a deck
from that list this is the one and only card I feel we could unban for game changers
but This and the other two is probably way to soon to shift to game changers/unban because it will paint a really bad picture for the community if unbanned on April 22nd because of what the very very…very evil internet people/edh players were doing to the Rules committee since those 3 cards got banned. And that reason was how WOTC (thankfully mostly Gavin) had to take the helm of the format after that.
gavin outright said it’s considerable for unbanning…and could be in the same boat as mirror for not being playable like it used to be.
but I think the card could be underestimated by the people who never experienced this card plus there’s even worse lands to get with it after it was banned like field of the dead for example
there’s talk that this could be unbannable because of game changers and not back breaking like it upset or be, but it really doesn’t change the fact it’s almost impossible to get rid of it once it hits the field because bouncing it is part of the cost, (so really counterspell stuff is the only options.)
you think this is a easy unban because of worldfire since they are one in the same but different colors
but This is what people miss it’s 7 life instead of 1 life so this will take way longer to close the game than fire so this like resetting the game like karns ultimate and the banned card Shahrazad (I know because I rammed into a world fire we’re basically racing to get a one damage source)
similar to prime time but this is even worse if this said “nonland” instead of “noncreature” this would have been easier to unban (you can destory lands with this.) plus not to mention you get three Forest with it, (nonbasic forest so shocks/triomes like lands)
all three are in the same catergory as braids, cabal minion but are even worse and less likely
Erayo - now this is the most likely since that flip side is far more acceptable in todays commander (lots of cheaper spells to use as the sacrifice then the removal) but it doesn't change the fact it’s command zone able and it just looks for the 4th storm spell period doesn’t matter who
golos — people talk he’s probably easier to unban but you really really need to remmeber why he was banned they made a stupid mistake of not making his cost to cast include WUBRG and make it all generic mana and everyone was using him as the commander on any color cobination because of that crop rotation enters ability, plus that activated ability is way to obnoxious anyway
emrakul, it’s that extra turn on cast from the command zone and having Annhailtor 6 is the huge problem and I think several ramp cards both new and reprints from modern horizons 3 and its commander decks really locked all hope of unbanning her (especially with echos of eternity or Ulalek, fused atrocity making two extra turns.)

just throw in Panoptic Mirror that’s pretty much close to mine
(The no chaining extra turns in the bracket system will prevent it’s typical win con with it, and also the removal is so much more relevant and probably will mostly get removed before we even get a chance to use it extra turn stored or not.)

Biorhythm - Easy unban. If Worldfire is okay so is this. Coalition Victory - In a Craterhoof world, this is an easy unban. Dockside Extortionist (GC) - To sell a reprint of this in a future set. Gifts Ungiven - There's no reason this should be banned and Intuition legal. Either both should be GC or neither should be. Jeweled Lotus (GC) - To sell a reprint of this in a future set. Mana Crypt (GC) - To sell a reprint of this in a future set. Panoptic Mirror - There are way more efficient ways of taking infinite turns now. Primeval Titan - It's been power-crept. The ban in 2014 was justifiable, but I don't think this would even see a lot of play now. Recurring Nightmare (GC) - Don't get me wrong, this is an obnoxious card, but I think this is fine in bracket 3+ with how much faster the format has become. Sundering Titan (GC) - Obviously miserable with any kind of flickering engine, and it borders on mass land denial, but I think this is fine in bracket 3+. Sway of the Stars - Easiest unban ever. Sylvan Primordial (GC) - Obviously miserable with any kind of flickering engine, and it borders on mass land denial, but I think this is fine in bracket 3+.
I think what will be more interesting is the cards added to GC.

A mere ten days after the Mending, a young knight of Valeron and a young ranger of Eos made a discovery that would change Alara forever.
Gifts Ungiven - There's no reason this should be banned and Intuition legal. Either both should be GC or neither should be.
it’s tricky but gifts is way better than intuition, first is gifts is “instant” speed so you can do it on endstep likely the won’t even get a chance to stop it besides counterspell, second gifts is “up to” while the other is forced three cards, if you seen Frank karsten footage with gifts you can gift the cards you need for the graveyard when with four cards they can pick correctly to prevent a win
Sundering Titan (GC) - Obviously miserable with any kind of flickering engine, and it borders on mass land denial, but I think this is fine in bracket 3+.
actually… now that I think about it’s still obnoxious to prevent unban but when you think about if the world takes the bracket thing seriously to put sundering in a deck your forced to make you deck a “bracket 4+” because that’s mass land denial and that’s not allowed till bracket 4 I haven’t seen blood moon effects on tables in my LGS ever since it started. So it could be unbannable because it’s forced in bracket 4+
Sway of the Stars - Easiest unban ever.
Actually it’s not its optical illusion, you would think it’s easy to unban since this and worldfire have one in the same effects
but there’s a factor people don’t take into consideration with this, it’s like starting over with the game and it’s all because of “7 life” vs “1 life” with worldfire it’s a race to get one stinkin cheap creature to deal 3 damage divided among all opponents when sway it’s 7 so it’s gonna take longer to deal 21 damage among all opponents and we’re back to start with land drops and may not have lands at all in hand for people.

there are people saying this is more easy to deal with in todays commander and comparing it to intuition

Me and one of my friends once built an Omnath, Locus of Creation deck for Commander and Primeval Titan as a 6 drop directly competes against Ancient Greenwarden and Phylath, World Sculptor. Getting two of any land for two Landfall triggers over a Crucible of Worlds with Panharmonicon for lands and tokens? That's a tough sell If you ask me. If Primeval Titan is unbanned, I think Brood Monitor is slightly better depending If you want fast mana or mana to stick around longer. Personal deck preference really.

most Likely
With serve work in the bracket system done right
Maybe Prophet of kruphix (he said it’s not in the forever banned zone)
also said not that it would happen but if we get a “only allowed in 99 list” these would pretty much leave the ban list
And that would get Golos' tireless Pilgrim off sooner if happens
the hardest one to unban that’s possible is sundering titan (despite the “no mass land denial” it still a uphill battle)
