I think it's only fitting that I start this discussion, as I had speculated months ago that we could get classic Legends legendary creatures with a new look.
So I'll start with what we do have:
1) Jasmine Boreal of the Seven
2) Ramirez DePietro, Pillager
3) Tor Wauki the Younger

So that's an additional 15 creatures. I bet some will be presented as rares that were once uncommon. Might even see some rarity shifts from uncommon to mythic or from rare to uncommon. Remember, this is reimagining, so the Reserved List should have no bearing on what was chosen. The one I'm really willing to bet on Hazeron Tamar, as many have been wanting Sand Warrior Tokens.
My reasoning for my choices are either the vanilla uncommons, as well as some that have not aged well, aka weak abilities that can be magnified and made exiting, such as Ayesha, Kai Ragnar and Lord Magnus.
My last guess for who will become the planeswalker will be one of the other four Elder Dragons (Nicol-Bolas has been the baddy for 20+ years; time for him to pass the villain crown to another dragon.
Did the guy doing the stream mention anything about one being a walker? I don't remember so. He only mentioned that thoe cards reimagined were all almost vanilla.
I just counted the uncommon legends and without the lands(5) they are 20. I expect all those will get the upgrade. There are 4 of each allied color pair. I don't expect a mythic rare. I expect 3 uncommons and 1 rare.

Like I would be underly shocked with we don't get a reimagined Tetsuo Umezawa the character who defeated nicol bolas and all he does is have hexproof from auras and destroy tapped or blocking creatures.

I believe they will be distinctly revisions of legends from Legends. We may see a new Lim-Dul, but I doubt he's going to be one of the box toppers.
Good chance Maro will reveal another one either Saturday or Sunday at Orccon, since it was there, 30 years ago, that Magic premiered. We'll just see as this weekend plays out.
I think the planeswalker is most likely going to be a Bolas or a Dakkon and I'm leaning on Dakkon because it would pair well with the Dihada we are getting in the commander decks I'm guessing it will also have the tag line of can be your commander. I'm hoping Gabriel Angelfire gets an update myself.
You might be on to something with Dakkon, as we've seen his offspring and also how powerful his sword, Blackblade, is.
My reasoning being Tetsuo because he's lore relevant but also not important for the upcoming Phyrexian conflict, Xira Arien because I assume revisitng pre-Ice Age Dominaria in Brothers' War could be an opportunity to flesh out the presumably extinct eumidian race, Hazezon and Halfdane because they are popular in Commander and Tim for the memes.
From all unless there’s other walkers I’m not aware of in the story I think the planeswalker will be locked with Dakkon Blackblade but commander playable the logic is simply we already got bolas reimagined with Nicol Bolas, the Ravager (actually you know what maybe the dakkon is a flip walker)
and I don't think we’re getting any of the elder dragons since we got them all reimagined along with bolas
I will take a shot in thr dark with the following (opinion)
We have a character named zar……ojanen which means she’s a descendant of Jedit Ojanen
which is a legend from legends so I think this locks him for a retold legend

On one hand, the initial blurb was "reimagining cards from Legends in a modern design", which seems a bit weird for Jedit since they already did that for him, but on the other hand, same thing for Ramirez technically. I can see an argument being made that this sets a precedent so that Jedit could get a new one too just as well as I can see someone saying that a "ghost" Ramirez is distinct enough from "alive" Ramirez to not count.
