it seems unlikely that either double masters 2 or Baldur's gate commander will hit arena, meaning a huge dearth of new arena releases until dominaria united. perhaps we'll see khans remastered, or something? no idea.
The Gate to New Adventure for Alchemy and Historic Players
In the prosperous and influential city of Baldur's Gate, Magic and Dungeons & Dragons cross over once more in Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate—arriving July 7 to MTG Arena!
Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate throws open the city gates to new adventures on July 7 for Alchemy and Historic players in MTG Arena. The set aligns with the themes of the Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate tabletop release and introduces over 250 new cards to MTG Arena! New mechanics, new legends, and powerful new spells can push your favorite MTG Arena decks to powerful heights and lay the foundations for entirely new deck possibilities!
The fact that wizards anounced that their Explorer format (or whatever pioneer-light is called) will likely have Winona unbanned by dominaria United kind of makes me wonder if there will be a big influx of pioneer cards into the format.
Would not at all be surprised by a pioneer masters.

July 7th Aclhemy Horizons: Baldur's Gste releses with a mix of CLB cards, altered CLB cards, and completely new digital only cards. Its straight to Alchemy amd Historic (including I believe Historic Brawl).
I think there is also supposed to be another Historic Anthology.
