These pictures are spawning on Brazilian MTG Whatsapp groups and 4chan. Apparently, they are box toppers for the set but since I got no source on this, may aswell be just well done edits. On the background of the booster pack image, there are plenty of Ikoria boxes, just like the ones shown on product shots available on the WPN Marketing and Materials page. It's likely the real names of the cards are the ones shown below where the name is shown usually on the card frame. I have no further info on this.
Edit: So, despite all, those are real. Huntmaster Liger name fixed. Not 100% fake, folks!

I think I've learned to treat Magic cards like baseball cards: keep 'em in a binder in numerical order, don't play with 'em, try to finish the set and just keep my head down.
The fake alarm is being raised because the bottom two aren’t legends. And they are U as their rarity.
I'm also not sure how the delivery of this worked out so far ahead of the set release, even for the original dates. Although I can confirm that most logistics businesses in Brazil are ignoring the COVID-19 quarantine altogether, Wizards of the Coast also said they are having trouble delivering the products. While I don't know the whole state of this, I think it could be unlikely LATAM distributors already got their hands in the product. Not long ago, we had prereleases delayed because of import problems.
On the other hand, sets were leaked from european stores from earlier than this, plus we just saw Walgreens selling Theros Beyond Death boosters months ahead of time (if we ignore the conspiracy theories around Oko and stuff).

Fake. Formatting is wrong, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen that art before, King Caesar isn’t a cat, and WotC isn’t going to pay to license these characters.
The fake alarm is being raised because the bottom two aren’t legends. And they are U as their rarity.
The bottom two are not legendary creatures. They lack the frame around the name, and if these are variants of creatures in the set, their Godzilla counterparts might not necessarily reflect a legendary status. Titansomething Rex sounds like it can be an uncommon creature.
These kind of look real, but I can't imagine the logistics of working with a non-Hasbro studio like Toho for promotional cards. Would be fun if they were real, though.
Fake. They aren't even trying anymore. lock thread, move along.

STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.
Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
I think they are legit. If we take godzilla aside for a moment, they are 100% legit. No mistakes, kinda obscure template but nothing fishy, excellent quality and very hard to fake a pic like this.

Regardless of whether Hasbro has the license or rights for Godzilla or not, the use of non-MTG properties has been exclusively silver-bordered territory before, at least to my knowledge (see Sword of Dungeons and Dragons for an example where Wizards of the Coast owns the property in question). Thus, I still call fake.
The fake alarm is being raised because the bottom two aren’t legends. And they are U as their rarity.
I don't think a card featuring Godzilla wouldn't be legendary, but during a discussion in a group, someone just mentioned the cards have two names, and the oracle text mentions the name under the creature name. It has the original name on the card, so it's still tournament legal? That would also explain why would King Ceasar be an uncommon, and also have a box topper at uncommon.
Does WotC own the actual name/likeness of Godzilla and company? If not I don't see how they could get away with any of that. I'm calling fake.
I can't seem to find the post where Maro asks on Blogatog which worlds players would like to see collaborations with (which kind of changes the mentality of Wizards towards these since this happened).
Is that a jet fighter on Godzilla? You really think jet fighters are going to be on a Magic Card?
I'm also skeptical about this. I mean, there are modern buildings in addition to the jet being featured on those cards. The only place we could have seen this is alters (which is a hypotesis raised by a friend, check my first quote of this post).
Yes, with ease. Many designers already reproduced in formats such as .psd the frames of M15 cards. Also, the picture of the cards is sketchy enough to hide any printing imperfections, but I'm not expert at that either.

The Godzilla and King Caesar not being legendary could be explained on cards having the two names. I mean, it's not the real Godzilla, but Titanote Rex.

There's one aspect of this that makes me wonder, shouldn't those promo cards have some mention of Toho's/Legendary Pictures/whatever owns Monsterverse trademarks in the card?

Oh that suposive symbolic swarm deck is fake based on all the hints maro and Gavin gave
But as for the non legendary creatures that doesn’t mean it’s fake
Also one saids cycle ability one of Gavin’s hints was 8 returning mechanics cycling is pretty popular and a cycling legend was a huge request from the commander fans
Oh and another thing I just remember they said this earlier about the box toppers
We’ll show you the cards as we get closer to release, but for now, just know that this box topper is unlike anything Magic has ever done.
The pack might be real but the cards are not, or if they are they are not legal but a "oh look we made a partneship with Sony and made those promos that you can use on your homebrews of commander" but even if soo the lack of any sony logo and the lack of the legendary border makes it clear the cards are fakes.
For why the cards are printed: they are foil, and proxi foil cards are easy to do, soo there is that.
But i may be wrong and the cards be "oficial" proxy cards using Godzila franchise, but again the lack of the owner of the Godzilla trademark is disturbing. I know Wizkids got to do a Godzila miniature set in the past and that Wizkids and Wizards are in a partnership today. Could be real but would be very strange.
My two cents.
Imho, it is possible that they are true, just for the small discrepancies of the legendary subtype, creature types and card rarity, in spite of a masterful work of falsifying the physical cards. The reason? These are promotional versions of cards that will really appear in the set, with completely different art and with only the second name (the small, bottom one), which they adapted to characters from the godzilla franchise for reasons still unknown (new wizard partnership? new product coming up? who knows). This explain the absence of the creature type dinosaur in spacezilla and all the other "errors": simply the cards didn't have to represent those characters in origin.
So, I vote for real.

You sure on that Hasbro has the license for Godzilla
But yea they have to have gotten permission from the company to do this
But here’s some errors team fake is missing (but these only apply if they did get permission from the company to actually do Godzilla characters as alt art for cards)
1 if you look under the name of the cards there’s another name probably the real name of the card of the set (so these are probably alt art and alt name)
2 the king Caesar ability one of maro hints was “x is the number of times this creature was mutated” it matches it
3 cycling is a claimed mechanic one of Gavin’s hints was 8-returning mechanics cycling is a mechanic

And let’s go back to this

You see it
ITS A MATCH!
But like I said until they have gotten permission from the company of Godzilla it’s fake
But if it’s real I’m gonna try to get these In a heart beat unless it hurts my wallet too much
Also Gavin hint was 8-mechanics for this cycling is a mechanic so that could be one of the 8
These cards were painted by Slawomir Maniak, Lius Lasahido, and Svetlin Velinov, who are all real magic artists. I can't find this art online anywhere. Hasbro (and by extension WOTC) has the license for Godzilla Games thanks to a deal with Toho for Godzilla Monopoly.
These are dumb but not necessarily fake. They would certainly get all of the EDH casuals out to the card shop to buy "cool Godzilla promos."

They aren't missing the legendary frame border. They just aren't legendary, except for Brokkos.
