I don't get why any of these cards would be in the deck. I mean, I would love to see some money reprints as well, but I don't see any particular strategc overlaps between Through the Breach or Engineered Explosives and any of these deck strategies.

The only money reprint I see possible is crucible of worlds for the land deck
As a matter of fact it got reprinted in core 2019 so it makes it more likely
Just the opposite actually. This is the second year now in a row wizards has done a pretty good job aligning the commander deck themes with the current non-commander sets. I’m sure their goal is to get people to buy non-commander products after getting one of the commander decks, therefore they won’t be printing many, if any at all, cards from the last couple of sets in hopes that people will go buy booster packs or singles.

Exactly
the magus version Ramunap Excavator is more likely not the actual thing
Yeah, I expect that Hour of Devastation is the latest set from which they'll pull reprints. Ixalan and Dominaria are too recent. And even Amonkhet is pushing it. Kaladesh, now that is very likely to get a lot of reprints in Exquisite Invention, along with Mirrodin, Scars, and Alara. There is a good chance it will resemble C16's Invent Superiority but stripped down to focus on blue and red, though rather than reprint a bunch of obvious cards like Feldon of the Third Path and Muzzio, Visionary Architect, maybe they'll take a more novel approach, like putting greater focus on charge counters, energy counters, and tap/untap effects. I could still see there being a lot of tokens, just fewer of the big metal stompies.
And since it's pretty obvious that Nature's Vengeance is going to be aggro, Adaptive Enchantment is going to be midrange, and Subjective Reality is going to be control, it only makes sense that Exquisite Invention would be combo.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
A lot of the reprints being listed here are total longshots. I think the best way to think about realistic reprints is to immediately ignore any that see competitive play.
But Greater Auramancy has a better shot of possibly being reprinted (unless if there's a competitive deck out there that I'm not familiar with that uses it). Oracle of Mul Daya could possibly see a reprint as well. Cards whose prices are inflated due only to Commander product.
And even then... They may try to keep all cards priced over $25 prior to 2018 for future supplemental product pack releases (i.e. Battlebond or Masters sets) as they can get more income from chase rares.
As for wishful thinking, I would love to see Training Grounds reprinted somehow, but I've been hoping for that reprint for over a year. Unfortunately, it doesn't really fit any of the themes, and if it was a reprint this year... It'd be a weird choice.
call of the wild will not appear because the deck is Esper instead of bant
There will likewise be no momir vig, sylvan library, genesis hydra, or a ton of green mana doublers to enable silliness with garruk's horde, vizier of the menagerie, or similar effects.
Bit of a shame in my personal opinion as that seems to be the most consistent build for a "top card matters" deck.
Yeah, I'm kinda surprised they went with WUB for "Top Card" and GWU for enchantments, when GWU and WBG would have made more sense for those themes respectively. But hey, since when did green have a major flickering theme? One of the benefits of multicolor is that you can combine the tools of different colors together, so the obvious overlaps aren't always the best choice. Take GW for instance; land ramp is green and Equipment focus is white, but combine them together and you get not only Equipment that helps with mana ramp, but also a generous amount of mana with which to pay for equipment, not to mention potential for a cool adventure flavor (say, maybe they could eventually make a GW Elf Kor Scout duo legend that focuses on those exact themes? Or even better, Partner legends!).
Two reprints I could see black getting for Subjective Reality are Ad Nauseam and Baneful Omen, and Duskmantle Seer seems like a must-have multicolor option. Arbiter of the Ideal seems, well, ideal for that deck, and it could be a shared rare between Adaptive Enchantment and Subjective Reality. Skill Borrower was the very first card I thought of when I saw the deck theme, but that deck will need a whole bunch of artifacts and creatures with activated abilities to be worth it.
I wouldn't be surprised if Adaptive Enchantment had all the major Enchantress type cards.

I agree with Manite in that Skill Borrower would be a great fit for the top-deck matters theme. I also see Telepathy as a shoe-in too. I wonder if they'll put cards like Nether Shadow and Nether Spirit, as their position in the graveyard does sort of matter in this regard.
Other than that, things that let you rearrange your library are contenders too, like Soothsaying.

In the end, however, actually seeing that storm sub-theme is kind of unlikely. Even if the deck held a dozen cards that would work for that approach, that wouldn't be enough for the strategy to function consistently.

Isn't that kind of what people were saying about Sol Ring before the first generation Commander decks got spoiled?
I don't think Sol Ring has anything to do with Top's reprint odds, considering they have the exact opposite problems from each other.
You can never have enough sol rings to satisfy all the people in the world. I think I got one in all ten of my EDH decks.

I for one actually feel like there is a chance of getting Sensei's Divining Top (as a rare, like it was in Eternal Masters) for a pretty simple reason. Unlike the other three decks, there was no huge demand for top of deck tribal (especially in esper instead of bant, where things like sylvan library, Momir Vig, Simic Visionary, and Oracle of Mul Daya live). Without demand, the deck will require 1 or 2 really good cards in order to sell decks... and those cards don't really exist right now.
Seriously. Temporal mastery sits around 8 bucks and that seems to be the high end for this theme. Entreat the angels is $4-5. Soothsaying is a $3-4 card. The various cascade cards they could stick in here aren't expensive at all (Enigma sphinx is only $0.50). On the other end of the spectrum, cards with REALLY high value such as Vampiric Tutor, Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Dark Confidant are incredibly unlikely to make appearances. With that said, the cards in the sweet zone of value ($9-15) that fit into the deck include Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, and Ancestral Vision (least likely but works with a cascade theme).
Of course, this isn't a guarantee. It's possible that the only value in this deck will come from generic good stuff like Toxic Deluge or Chromatic Lantern, even though that would do nothing to hype the theme. It is likewise possible that they are putting in pushed new cards (such as a black miracle card that tutors for 5 or acts as a demonic tutor on the draw). Just given the card base we have, however, the top would be one of the easier ways for wizards to promote "top-of-deck matters" with a decently valuable and on-theme card.
