I agree with Manite in that Skill Borrower would be a great fit for the top-deck matters theme. I also see Telepathy as a shoe-in too. I wonder if they'll put cards like Nether Shadow and Nether Spirit, as their position in the graveyard does sort of matter in this regard.
Other than that, things that let you rearrange your library are contenders too, like Soothsaying.
Arbiter of the Ideal would fit really well, though it also wants to be in Adaptive Enchantment.
I doubt they'll reprint "graveyard order matters" cards anytime soon.
Neat list, caught some obvious choices I missed. I could see there being an Aura theme, definitely. Our new enchantment legend might even be a Bestow card! In that case, I hope another of the legends has Heroic, or something similar, to combo nicely. I could also see Totem armor returning, and if it does, I hope Umbra Mystic makes a return.
This below decklist contains my current reprint speculations, following a core strategy of using card draw to draw a bunch of Auras and boost creature strength with them.
Of course, more realistically, we're going to get some more removal enchantments like Banishing Light as well. Sinc ethe deck is enchantment themed, it makes sense we'd get enchantments like that, Seal of Primordium, Seal of Cleansing, etc. Get Hanna, Ship's Navigator on the battlefield and she'll be able to recur those Seals easily, letting you fire them off repeatedly. If the deck has a bunch of enchantment triggers, and it should, you'll be able to draw cards and get other benefits while constantly removing your opponent's artifacts and enchantments.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.

You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. Stop doing this.
@Manite: I actually considered Rayne and... I'm not sure what to think.
While she is certainly an important card from a lore perspective... she doesn't seem that good. She is one of the few blue legends that references enchantments (other than Hakim, who sits on the reserve list) but she doesn't really do anything with them. Even if you view her as a voltron card, she starts with terrible stats and still generates card disadvantage if you put two or more auras on her. While not every card that we get is going to be big and effective (and I applaud you for picking out decent commons), something like Rootwater Shaman seems a bit more likely in my personal opinion (as it represents more general enchantment utility).
In other news, I still can't believe that I overlooked sigil of the empty throne and ajani's chosen... though their presence in the 2015 commander deck (Daxos) may make their inclusion here a bit less likely (and the absence of Eidolon of countless battles from that list may make it more likely this time around). Also, looking at the Daxos list made me realize that I overlooked Open the Vaults. Also, Open the Armory and the Vow auras (EX: Vow of Duty) might make an appearance.
If the enchantment deck has a pillowfort commander (chances are pretty high imo), I expect stuff like Propaganda, Luminarch Ascension, Sphere of Safety (hopefully with new art) and Sigil of the Empty Throne. I doubt they'll give us Argothian Enchantress, to be honest. I think Enchantress's Presence is more likely, along with Eidolon of Blossoms and one of the three-mana Enchantresses. Overall I don't think there'll be more than three cards with the "enchantress"-effect in the deck, since they still want you to tune it afterwards. Celestial Ancient has already been reprinted in Commander 2015, but it seems just like a card they woild put into a deck like this - a splashy, but not exactly "spikey" rare. I could also see Nomad Mythmaker and an "enchantment mover" because of the deck's name, but I think for the latter it's more likely that they'll do a new card with the effect as the pre-existing options aren't exactly stellar (I could even imagine a "mover" as one of the commander options).
I have to say that I am a bit surprised by the amount of enchantment recursion that's out there (even if it's still nothing next to creature recursion).
Honestly, I wouldn't be too surprised if enchantment revival was well-represented. Heck, we might get a pillow-fort general that sacrifices enchantments to fog individual creatures.
Each deck will likely contain at least one Ravnica Karoo land, Izzet Boilerworks for the blue/red deck, and two to three others in the three color decks. Each of the three color decks will likely also have the corresponding tri-land from Alara, and the corresponding Panorama. Each deck will likely also contain either Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse, possibly both. Each deck will likely also contain at least two vivid lands (but I really, really, really wish they wouldn't), Command Tower and Opal Palace, and I would not be surprised to see Ash Barrens as well, nor Myriad Landscape.
Now for the individual decks:
I could see the Izzet Artifact deck to have Mishra's Factory in it, together with two of the common blue/red duals (I'm guessing Highland Stream and Swiftwater Cliffs being the two most likely candidates). As for the rare lands, I would not be surprised to see Shivan Reef, Spirebluff Canal, and/or Sulfur Falls. It would also be the perfect opportunity to reprint Caldera Lake, but I think that is unlikely. Due to it being an artifact themed deck, I think it is likely it will contain Mage-Ring Network and Foundry of the Consuls as well. I would not be surprised to see one of each of the appropriate artifact lands in it either.
For the Bant deck I am thinking we will get one cycle of common duals in addition to the uncommon Ravnica Karoo's. I am thinking the Khan's cycle being the most likely (Blossoming Sands, Thornwood Falls, and Tranquil Cove). The deck will probably also get one rare dual land, possibly from three different cycles. I think it unlikely we will get a full cycles of pain lands though, but I would not be surprised if all the cards are of the Sunpetal Grove cycle if we are limited to just one. It would be an opportunity to reprint Skycloud Expanse however... Unfortunately, the one land I can think of that would be a perfect fit for an enchantment deck is on the reserved list.
The deck would be a fine place to reprint two of the mirage fetches, specifically Flood Plain and Grasslands. And I could see them printing Skyshroud Forest in the deck as well, but that is a longshot.
The Esper deck is a weird one due to its theme. The common dual cycle is a given, and they'll probably all belong to the same one. As for the rare cycle, I am thinking Temples are the most likely candidate, as they allow you to manipulate the top card of your deck when played via scrying (Temple of Deceit, Temple of Enlightenment, and Temple of Silence). I also fully expect some of the other scrying lands to make an appearance in the deck, specifically New Benalia and Zhalfirin Void. The deck will likely contain Halimar Depths as well. It would be a great deck for a reprint of Bad River and Flood Plain, as all the mirage fetches are in sore need of a reprint. I could also see them reprint Salt Flats in the deck, but again, I think it unlikely.

Obviously the Jund deck will have Landfall cards in it, as that's the first mechanic that comes to most players minds when they think "Lands matter". However, I think they'll prioritize the splashy Landfall cards like Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, Avenger of Zendikar, Rampaging Baloths, and Omnath, Locus of Rage. Land sac is also a distinct possibility, though the deck will want cards like Ramunap Excavator and, dare I suggest Crucible of Worlds, to ease the pain of losing lands.

Battlebond is a booster product that gives you random cards and doesn't change any card's format legality. A precon is a much more perilous place to reprint an expensive card, thanks to ******* scalpers. Crucible of Worlds at least was recently reprinted in M19, so they may not have included it in C18. Although, a Worldwake copy is currently only $16, so heck, maybe they will put the Ravine in Nature's Vengeance.

wurmcoil engine for izzet? they have printed it in every other artifacts matter product
I suspect the focus this time will be less on big metal stompy and more on counters and tokens, since Invent Superiority already did metal stompy and sac shenanigans. That said, red's main form of interaction with artifacts is sacrifice, so it's perfectly plausible that Wurmcoil Engine may return in Exquisite Invention.
I'm half-expecting-half-hoping that a lot of the UR Thopter makers from Origins and Kaladesh appear, spearheaded by Maverick Thopterist. Maybe one of the legends makes it so that every Artificer you control produces a Thopter when they enter the battlefield? Or, to help prevent shenanigans, you may pay 1 whenever another Artificer enters the battlefield under your control to create a Thopter. Sharding Sphinx, Thopter Spy Network, and Pia and Kiran Nalaar would be great includes, though I'm also hoping for a Kiran Nalaar card, to counterbalance his wife's standalone card. In which case, they could include Pia Nalaar as well. Tezzeret the Seeker, Daretti, Scrap Savant, and Saheeli Rai would be great PW reprints.

There is a potential combo with Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, Aetherflux Resevoir, and lots of cheap artifacts. Put in a way to return your artifacts to hand cheaply, and one or two storm cards, and boom. Game over.
It works by dropping cheap spells to quickly gain life, while simultaneously drawing more cards with Jhoira, then each time you hit a sufficient amount of life (say 60-65 life) you simply hit an opponent for 50 damage. It is rather degenerate when it goes of. And if you don't gain enough life to take out an opponent and still have enough left over that you don't just immediately die to another opponent, the storm spells help you by either producing a horde of goblins, removing a threat (or multiple ones) or bouncing half the friggin board.
Now, that is the kind of artifact commander deck I'd like to see. Fragile to set up, but once you're there you'd be golden.

If they hate it so much, why did they reprint it in Eternal Masters? Also, they only banned it in Modern and Legacy. It remains legal in all other formats where it can be played (Pretty much everything else except Standard and Pauper). It is also not a high value card, giving it a fair shot at being reprinted in the Esper deck.

Then it is about time they didn't. I am half-expecting Mox Amber, but I doubt it will show up.

I have no idea what people were saying back then. My point is that wotc is against the kind of game dynamic that top generates. Especially in a casual friendly, "for fun", multiplayer format. Edh games already take forever. Imagine if one or, god forbid, more player are playing top...

Seems odd they would make a top card matters deck when they know library manipulation is going to be a thing in it, dont you think? They have said Sensei's Divining Top is a time consuming card... but at the same time they reprinted it just recently.... and it fits this deck theme perfectly.
