So Commander Anthology Volume II has been announced for awhile now, and it's still a ways away from release. I've yet to see or be able to find a thread on this topic so far. This thread is for sharing what decks/foil legendaries you're hoping for from the new anthology set along with any speculation on why you think those decks might be in.
I think the Damia and Sydri are very likely for a couple reasons. I think the Mimeoplasm deck will be in for sure because the announcement article link on WotC's official site used Mimeoplasm art in the thumbnail. The Masters 25 reprints of Animar, Soul of Elements and Prossh, Skyraider of Kher are also a good sign that those decks will not be in the set. The next biggest (if not bigger) decks that weren't in last years anthology in each of their years respectively would be The Mimeoplasm (foil Damia) and Oloro, Ageless Ascetic (foil Sydri).
Getting the Ezuri, Claw of Progress is a bit more of a toss up since it's competing with two other decks in its year, and we aren't necessarily getting anything from that year anyways. I think we should definitely be getting a deck from both three color deck years however, because if we aren't then this product is pretty garbage since those are the foil we need the most by far.
As long as it has Atraxa in it, I'll be happy enough to buy it. That deck is completely overpriced and really needed a second printing like Oloro and Jelava got for their year, but never got it. If it also has the Mimeoplasm deck on top of that, so much the better.
Claw of Progress would be cool too. They could do the UR Deck instead, which while I wouldn't mind that, Ezuri is much more highly sought after. While I like Daxos as a deck concept, there's nothing sought after in his list, so I doubt it'll be him.
I think the fact that Vial Smasher was singled out for the new planeswalker damage errata implies that hers is the 4-color deck getting reprinted. Yidris I think?
That definitely would make sense. I personally would rather them do a deck that still needs foiling on the legendaries, but I'm a little biased since I already have all the 2016 decks and we know for fact that one of them is in based on the number of foil legendaries. Atraxa is MUCH more needed, but leave it to WotC to make yet ANOTHER mistake on their supplemental products this year.

So far I'm mostly hoping to finally get my foil Damia, Sage of Stone and foil Sydri, Galvanic Genius. A foil Ezuri, Claw of Progress would be nice too.

Yea I do feel Mizzix is more likely because it's more reknown overall since its such a boogie man of the format.
