NO ! Just discussing desired cards
"Desired" cards that are based on literally just what you want to see on a card and nothing else are custom cards and do not belong in speculation. I have not deleted anything from this thread, but it has been red-texted twice now. Any further complete cards that are posted here will be infracted.
An example of acceptable speculation:
Based off of Angrath's appearance in the story, it seems likely that he's going to be RB. His "fire chains" being one of his signature abilities would point towards one or more of his loyalty abilities dealing damage or -X/-X, or possibly tapping a creature or making it so it can't block.
An example of unacceptable speculation, akak Custom Card Creation:
Here's what I want Angrath to be:
Angrath, Planar Marauder 2RB
Legendary Planeswalker - Angrath
+1: Angrath deals 1 damage to up to two target creatures. Those creatures can't block this turn.
-2: Destroy target creature that was dealt damage this turn
-6: You gain an emblem with "Creatures your opponents control get -2/-2"

The sphinx on the box art for the gamesday top 8 deckbox is almost 100% Azor - hell the sigil on ixalans binding is so darn Azorious it'd be hard not to be him.
Ajani will be there, he'll emergency-walk to Jace to save him trying to recreate the power rangers for a trip to Dominaria to stop Bolas once and for all.
Angrath will be rakdos no doubt, as his story article has both colour tendencies.
The pack art may have been "mock ups" - however people said the same things for the other ones and they became the ixalan boosters...it's pretty much confirmed until it's proven not at this point.

There's only one problem with your theory, each block has 5 walkers, Ixalan block already has 3 (Huatli,Vraska and Jace) Angrath is pretty much confirmed for RIX, which leaves only one slot for a walker.

While there could technically be six PWs, five is the default design strives for. Monored Angrath and WU Azor balance out the set just fine. I expect RIX's PW decks to be a UR Pirate deck lead by Angrath and a BG Vraska deck. And honestly I'd prefer Angrath be monored; that opens up more deck options for him. Angrath's Marauders hints at him getting at least one damage-dealing ability. And truth be told, we've never gotten a monored planeswalker that interacts heavily with combat before; with Angrath being a pirate and thus associated with the Raid mechanic, now seems like as good a time as any.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Unexpected twist: PW deck Vraska is monoblack to lead the Vampires, while Angrath is also black as part of leading the black-red Pirate deck. This fits and I might have seen this speculated somewhere (or done so myself).
This still leaves a spot open for a planeswalker who doesn't appear in the Planeswalker Deck product and still this spot seems like it could belong to the speculated white-blue Sphinx planeswalker that could be Azor. Another green-white Ajani is obviously also an option, but I agree with the line of thought that sees him appear in Dominaria instead.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Ajani most likely doesn't even know about Ixalan. However, I do like the idea of a story arc where he begins rounding up the wayward Gatewatch with help from friends, beginning with Jace (who will have recently escaped from Ixalan with Vraska) and Liliana (who's likely to start playing double or triple agent). Then, after Core 19, we get sets starring Chandra, Nissa, and Gideon.

That's what I was hoping for when we got wind of the storyline of Ixalan - the story just ending with Jace making it off the plane and running into Ajani (regaining his memory and joining up at the meeting point on Dominaria; intuitively planeswalking to the right place despite not being able to consciously find the memory; either joining Vraska on a planeswalk to Ravnica or extracting the plane as destination from her mind; Ajani actually noting them missing the meeting and being able to track Jace for some particular reason... the possible ways are endless) and then we follow up on others one-by-one. And in theory Dominaria being Liliana's homeplane could be a good next stop... but then again Dominaria doesn't feel like it is set up to be the second part of a five-part series; it feels like something that they may feel the urge to bring the Gatewatch together again, just so they can have a 25th Anniversary line-up of the team.
Also the formula might get stale spread over appproximately two years (two sets for Jace already and at least one set per other member plus a Core Set that's guaranteed to be more of an intermission).

@ least we can expect sweet 4 Mana Walkers ^^
Just please not as bad as M15 Ajani
