I'm putting my money on Naya Ajani and Dimir Tezzeret. Part of me quite wants an Esper Tezz, but frankly very little of what Tezzeret is doing is white in flavor. Also, having the villain of the set be white and share a color with one of the other planeswalkers opposing him would be a tad contradictory.

It’s like the universe screams in your face, “Do you know what I am? How grand I am? How old I am? Can you even comprehend what I am? What are you, compared to me?” And when you know enough science, you can just smile up at the universe and reply, “Dude, I am you.”

Dovin Baan is working with/for Tezzerret.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
Dovin may be a villain, but we don't know yet if he is one. We don't know what Tezzeret is like on Kaladesh.
And the norm for a block is five, yes. But the norm for a small set is two. Ajani and Tezzeret is very, very likely. It makes little sense to have four in the first set if they're only doing one in the second.
People who keep saying some form of Red Ajani really don't understand his character. He's not Red anymore. Shank Vengeant was red because of his desire for revenge for his brother. He's gotten past that. He's not angry or vengeant anymore. Ajani will remain GW. Nothing more.
And Tamyio is mono-blue.
I'm thinking Naya Ajani because of what happened with Tamyio and development wanting to limit what decks could play her. If we get Ajani and Tezzeret in Aether Revolt, Ajani fits better as being three colors and that color 3rd being red. Outside of needing to push a waalker into a 3rd color for development reasons, I agree that Ajani is squarely W/G

While red would undoubtedly be Ajani's third color if they needed one, he will most likely get a card in Amonkhet and thus be either monowhite or GW.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Why people insist that 'white can't be villanious'? What tezzeret is doing is keeping the law and order under his command. Whatever his intentions are, this is very white.
People who keep saying some form of Red Ajani really don't understand his character. He's not Red anymore. Shank Vengeant was red because of his desire for revenge for his brother. He's gotten past that. He's not angry or vengeant anymore. Ajani will remain GW. Nothing more.
And again, people limits"personality" as the sole reasoning behing color alignment when its the other way around.
Ajani is naya, period. There was no event to justify he leaving those color.
The planewalker cards reflect the planeswalker at a given moment, but that don't means that they just completely lost all of the other colors.
THeir color decides their personalities, not their personalities decides their colors. Although some events can lead to one of the traits to be suppressed.
He didn't forgot how to control red mana out of nowhere.
Also, he left his vengeance behing? Yeah, he is not giving any ****s to what happened to Elspeth...
He migth not be blinded by rage, but his still a fierce and ferocious character.
On the example of Sarkhan, he was always jund character, but due to circumstances only part of those colors manifested. Then an event (the return to the timeline where he didn't exist) changed his nature (not saying that it was a good reasoning). It's not because his personality changed that his color changed, First his color changed, then his personality changed accordinally.
On tamyio, it wasn't like we had much about her character on the first time, but anyone who says that Tamyion character on SOI is not Bant, simply didn't read the story.
I believe Naya Ajani will happen someday, but not now. He's curretly the GW Planeswalker as stated by MaRo (and I guess by Doug too).
I could see Esper Tezzerret now, but my two cents are on UB Tezzeret card.
I assume Ajani will be in Amonkhet story, but not as the face of the set and may not even get a card. But he'll eventually head back to Theros where he and Gideon will probably get more focus.
Ajani will probably join the Gatewatch too, so we can expect a GW Enchantment for Oath of Ajani
I don't think we'll see another 6 planeswalker block. At least not right after SOI being the first. For color balance and story reasons, I'm pretty sure Tezzeret will be U/B. This is an artifact heavy block after all, it should be Tezzeret's time to shine! I also expect an Oath of Ajani in Aether Revolt, but not an actual planeswalker card for him until Amonkhet. As for what colors he'd be, while W/G may be his default now, I don't see why he couldn't be all 3 Naya colors. Personally I'd love to see a WRG Ajani. Remember, colors are about tools as well as motivation, and while Ajani might have let go of his anger (though there are plenty of story reasons right in front of us as to why he would embrace that side of him again - Elspeth, Bolas, etc...), R mana is still very much accessible to him.

I wasn't saying he wasn't working with the Consulate, I was saying we don't know what he's like on Kaladesh. Tezzeret is a villain, that much is clear. But he could just as easily be using the Consulate (or at least the good parts) for his plan as much as the consulate being corrupt.

If they ever found themselves in another Tamiyo situation and Ajani happened to be the Tamiyo, then I could definitely see RGW being the three colors they choose for him.

I don't think a Naya Ajani would result of a Tamiyo situation, but rather the other way round: if they need a RGW walker in design, it will be Ajani. Because we want a Naya Ajani and he somehow fits.
Here he seems like a late random addition in the story. I think that's because his presence is a bottom up design->game needs of a Naya walker.
I wouldn't expect it to have been a bottom up design. From allied color pairs in SOI, to heavy colorless support in Kaladesh and SOI, I don't see how any 3 color planeswalker could have been added for the needs of the game. That said, once they get their color balance (or close to it) with planeswalkers, they tend to pick from what's needed. Gideon is a main character and we know he shows up on Kaladesh, so between him, Nissa, and Chandra, they have all the naya colors represented. Any addition would therefore be presumed to be for story reasons. Not that I'm complaining, I love Ajani, he's my 2nd favorite character, mechanically plays with things I love, and exists in my 3 favorite colors... I'm just like everyone else - confused as to why he's here. We'll find out soon enough.
Well, presumably fans will want a PW card of every trio eventually. And given that Ajani has been both RW and GW on past occasions and is associated with the Shard that gave Naya its name, it's an easy concluson to reach that sooner or later we'll see a Naya Ajani.

Does Ajani literally throw creatures to give them Flying?
Selling some cards I don't want.
Generally less than tcg mid.

Maybe like this:
+1 Put a +1/+1 Counter on target Creature you Control. That Creature gains Flying, Vigilance & Lifelink
Keep in mind: This remains. So not just until EOT
